Feeling the breeze made me feel normal again. Being near Soda made me feel happy. Soda and I started walking. seeing a familiar street brought back memories to me, but when looking at Soda he didn't seem to notice, or even care. After walking for a while the sun was going down. I'm not going to lie, but whenever I am out in sunset, or dark hours I get anxiety. While continuing to walk I say to Soda " So where are we going?"
Soda looks down to me and smiles. " somewhere we used to go" he then looks straight ahead continuing to walk. Even though there are many places we went to. I had an idea of where the place was, The tree in the Park. We finally reach the tree. I place my fingers on the bark sliding my fingers across a carving I made a year ago. Remembering this tree...It brings back so many memories. So many good, and bad ones.
We decide to sit down on the ground against the tree. I had so many questions, but I decided to say something else. " you know what? I realized I haven't gone anywhere else but this town." I play with the dirt on the ground then look up at Soda. He begins to play with the dirt to "Yeah..now thinking about it, I haven't either." He picks up some dirt and lets it go as the wind takes the left over dirt past us. " Another thing is that i'm-" Soda stops talking and stands up leaning against the tree.
" I'm not sure if this night will take us anywhere." I pick up some dirt clenching it in my fist as I stand up. " what are you saying?" I stand there watching as the wind ripples through Soda's clothes. " I'm saying that i don't know if this will work out." I reply " if what won't work out?" Soda takes a deep exhale then answers. " us as a couple" I get furious and let go of the dirt from my hand. " We are not a couple!" Soda said stuttering. " but I-" I interrupt Soda. " Just because I have a child, it does not mean we are together!"
I begin to walk off but then Soda said quietly. " okay so yeah, just walk away like you always did." I clench my fists glaring back at Soda. " you know what, I won't walk away, not like you did to me" I cross my arms walking back. soda begins to get cocky towards me. " Your the one who broke up with me-!" I then quickly say. " who wouldn't have!" My head was spinning with all this talking. but i went insane once Soda said this " well you know what? your the reason why Dallas killed himself!" I really felt the need to kill him right now. But i did something better. making him suffer...
