I walk away from Johnny going to the gas station. I look through the window and see Steve. I open the door to the main building and walk over to steve. He didn't notice i was there. Only because I walked up to him from behind.
Even though steve was dirty, and had gas all over him i decided to hug him. I hugged him from behind so he didn't know who it was at first. He then turns around and hugs me back. " Brodi!?" Steve pushes me away and says. "I thought you were with Soda..?" I look up at him then begin to tear up. "Yeah..." Steve sets something down on the counter next to him. He realized that something was wrong. But knowing steve. He always found a way to make me laugh.
"Hey brodi guess what?" I reply to him sadly " what" Steve continues with the joke "guess what" i begin to smile but i was still sad. " what?" Steve then finally gets to point. "I love you" I smile at Steve and laugh. Steve pulls me to him to hug me. I then reply in a muffled voice. "I love you too Steve."
I then ask Steve in a concerned tone. " how's Harlow doing? And the boys?" He sighs deeply. I figured it was something bad. "Harlow is doing great. From what I heard from Two. But Pony is having trouble mentally. I'm not sure why though. Two told me he started cutting. But it was awhile back he started doing that. But yeah. Two is okay. He's watching Harlow."
I stare at Steve. " Pony's cutting? Why?" Steve looks down at me and says. "I guess things are rough all over Brodi. I wouldn't say its easy myself." I take Steve's arm in a curious way. " your not cutting too are you?" Steve laughs at me and says. The only cuts I get are from card, and you Brodi." I blush a little then quickly say to Steve. "Oh God please don't go there." We both laugh and look at each other.
Suprisingly Steve didn't ask about Soda much. I guess that's kind of what I like about him. He just knows right away when I don't want to talk about certain things. He just knows me the best. And I love him for that.
