Hearing Elizabeth is Matthews mate then learning Mason has been putting aside his wolves feelings for Crystal is a lot to take in. When Morgan answered his cell I'm guessing Crystal is starting to feel the effects of being mates. Which I'm assuming is getting bad. Elizabeth looks at me concerned about what's going on with them. I tell her "You're lucky you aren't a Werewolf. If you were then we wouldn't be able to keep you and Matthew this far apart from each other."
She asks me "Is it really that bad?"
Morgan tells her "It depends on the wolf."
Morgan asks "How's the paperwork going?"
Matthew tells us "It's....almost done."
I can tell he's struggling with the urge to be near Elizabeth. And Morgan after she got off the phone wrapped her arms around Mason again and is hugging him. He's really not doing good. Morgan's probably the only reason he hasn't shifted yet. I go over and check the paperwork. It just needs both there signatures. Matthew signs his name and before he can hand it to Mason I grab and check it. The information is all correct for Mason's contact info as the new legal guardian and for Matthew's information too. I hand it to Morgan and she sweetly tells Mason "You need to sign this and turn this in. After that we'll go home to Crystal."
Mason takes the paperwork and signs his name. He takes some deep breathes to calm down then stands up. Morgan stopped hugging him and changed to holding his free hand. We all walk out of the conference room after Morgan opened the door. Mason heads over to the desk and tells them "Here's the paperwork."
The officer takes it, looks it over, signs it, then gives Mason something. She smiles and says "You are now Matthew's official guardian. Have a good day!"
Mason smiles at her and says "Thanks, you too."
Morgan takes what the officer handed to Mason then we all walk outside and to the car. I get into the driver's seat, Elizabeth goes in the passenger, then Mason, Morgan, and Matthew get in. Matthew sits right behind Elizabeth so he's still near here. Mason's the one that needs Morgan holding onto him to help. Once everyone's in and the doors are closed I start driving.

When we get home we all get out of the car. I lock it when everyone's out. Matthew and Elizabeth are holding hands again while Morgan's holding onto Mason. His eyes are very gold. He's definitely out of it. Morgan asks me "Zoe, can you please help me get him inside? He's going to change if we don't get him to Crystal."
I go over and take Mason's other arm. We slowly get him to the front door. Kyle opened the door to let Matthew and Elizabeth in. He looks and asks "How's Mason doing?"
Morgan tells him "His eyes are very gold and he's out of it. He's close to shifting. He almost lost it while filling out paperwork to become Matthew's new guardian."
Kyle quickly rushes over and helps us get Mason into the house. Kyle tells us "Crystals changing back and forth because of her anger and emotions for her mate. She told us in between shifting she didn't know Mason was her mate. But she didn't really have time to learn because she's been stuck in wolf form. So it's probably way worse on Mason."
We get him to the front door. There's not too many pack members still awake. I can tell they let the wild wolves leave from upstairs. The couple pack members still awake I'm assuming are older, more experienced members. I see Crystal on the ground in wolf form. There's a blanket over her because she keeps shifting back and forth. Julia tells us "She's in control when she's a wolf. She told us that. But thank goodness your back."
She looks worried when she sees the three of us helping Mason into the house and to sit down on the couch. She says "I don't think I've ever seen anyone that bad before."
Crystal changes into Human form again. She looks over and asks "What happened...to Mason?"
Kyle tells her "He's been hiding or pushing aside his feelings for his mate. He probably learned about you being his mate when you were stuck in wolf form so he pushed it aside. Now he's got it really bad. Your probably the only one who can snap him out of it."
Grace helps Crystal stand up and wrap the blanket around her and move slowly over to Mason. Crystal sits down by Mason and she lays her head on him. And then she wraps her arms around him. Her eyes change to a gold color too. Mason wraps his arms around her and they are just sitting there in each other's arms. Morgan asks "Oscar? Can you help Matthew and Elizabeth?"
Oscar says "Sure. What's going on with them?"
Morgan tells him "They are Werewolf Human mates like you and your girl back home."
Oscar smiles and says "Yeah...like my Paige."
He seems spaced out for a moment then tells them "You'll have to control your wolf. It will have instincts to be protective and always be around her. You should know it's pretty hard to be with her all the time. So fight your wolf. It takes a lot to fight your wolf but you'll get used to it. It helps if you two aren't completely holding onto each other all the time too. Being in the same room but being a couple feet apart is a good way to start. Also it makes it easier to control the wolf. Werewolves are at a risk to change into there wolf when they get too angry but our mates can calm us down. They are the only one who can calm us down. Other than that you have to try and calm yourself down. For the Human...if you aren't together for a long time...like right now for me....I'm spending the whole weekend without Paige. She knows I'm a Werewolf but she texts me every now and then. It's like...a comforting way to let the Werewolf know that the Human is ok without being together. So...texting each other or maybe video chatting will help a lot."
Elizabeth asks "What about our parents...or... I mean my parents? We are still in high school. That limits our time being together."
Oscar tells them "You'll have to figure that out. Most Werewolves don't find there mate until after high school. So I'd say work on being near each other or in the same room and not touching. Be somewhere you can see each other. That or texting a lot. That's what helped me out a lot when I first learned about my mate. We weren't even dating when I found her so I had to be extra careful not to chase her away by being possessive. Liam's rule is not to tell anyone we are Werewolves but I told her. I had to because I was afraid after we did get serious I would scare her away. She didn't mind. She had relatives who are Werewolves. She figured it out on her own but she said she was waiting for me to tell her. She's...perfect. she's everything I'd ever want in a mate. It takes time learning about what works best as mates...just know that being a mate is way harder for the Werewolf then it is for the Human. The longer you two are together as mates...then the Human will start feeling something."
Kyle tells them "If it's a Werewolf Werewolf relationship the longer we are together we can start feeling each other's emotions. Its hard when you can feel each other's emotions but you get used to it. For Human Werewolves after a while the Human can sort of feel emotions from there Werewolf but it's not as strong as the Werewolf feeling the Humans emotions."
Julia tells them "Don't keep any secrets from each other. Unless it's like a surprise present or something basic. If you keep a secret the Werewolf can sense you are hiding something. It will make them super anxious and paranoid. Being mates drives them crazy. They won't just ask what your hiding."
The pack members keep giving Elizabeth and Matthew suggestions and tips. It's really awkward for me and Morgan because we haven't found our mates yet. Also Crystal and Mason haven't moved very much. But there eyes are slowly going back to normal.

Hearing the more experienced pack members talking about mates starts to annoy me so I head to the kitchen. I get a basic snack because its late. Just a apple. Nothing too special. Morgan comes over and asks "Are you bored too?"
I tell her "Yeah. I'd be more interested if I had a mate. But I don't so I really don't care. It's also really late...or early in the morning too."
She asks "Do you wanna sleep in my room? There's extra beds. Your room you usually sleep in is taken."
"Sure."
We both head up to her room. No one seems to care we are heading to bed. We get to her room and I just borrow a pair of her pajamas. I'm tired and I don't care what I'm wearing. I lay down in a bed and fall asleep.
