•TWENTY THREE•
THE PAST FEW WEEKS HAD GONE BY FAIRLY UNEVENTFULLY FOR JASMINE, although Draco was still acting weird. He looked so unwell and was sneaking around.
Jasmine was worried about him, worried about her brother and worried about her father. Draco tried to hide the fact that he was acting strange around Jasmine, he gave her lots of affection, quite publicly too in order to mask the fact he was sneaking around. Jasmine could see straight through him however.
Pansy Parkinson was giving her glares the majority of the time, but hadn't approached her since last year and she was grateful for it. Harry Potter had even been glaring at her, she wasn't quite sure what she had done wrong, other than be Draco's fiancé and have a last name of Nott.
Ernie and Justin had pretty much stopped talking to her, in fear of Draco and what he could supposedly do. Jasmine was sad, she missed her friends terribly and it was killing her that they'd throw away almost six years of friendship.
She was worried about everything and and everyone had noticed. Her friends were beginning to worry about the girl who was normally so happy and positive.
Jasmine was sat at breakfast with her friends, bar Ernie and Justin who were refusing to sit with her.
Jasmine was sipping on some tea when an owl dropped a very large package in front of her, with a small note on the top.
It was a rather expensive looking package and Jasmine was confused.
"What in Merlin's name is that?" Megan asked, her jaw dropping at the size of the package.
"I have no idea" Jasmine said, whilst picking up the note, opening it and beginning to read.

Jasmines face went pale and her stomach dropped. Even with everything going on with You-know-who and Draco's father being in Azkaban they were still adamant on the couple getting married after Jasmine's 17th birthday.
Jasmines birthday was the 12th of December, whilst Draco's was the 5th June, meaning their wedding would be during the Christmas holidays.
"Well, who's it from?" Hannah asked, as Megan and Susan looked hopeful that she would open the package in front of them.
"Draco's mother." Jasmine chocked out, she was so shocked and almost didn't want to open the package.
"Did the note say what it was?" Susan asked, her eyebrows furrowing at why Jasmine didn't want to open it.
