JASMINE RAN TOWARDS DRACO, immediately pressing her lips to his almost knocking him over.
"You're alive" Jasmine said, taking in his disheveled appearance. He was covered in soot, and so were Theo and Blaise. Daphne however just looked as though she had been fighting.
"So are you" Draco breathed out with a smile, also taking in her appearance. She was also a little disheveled, although much less than him.
Jasmine broke away from him and engulfed her brother, squeezing him tight, then moving to Daphne and Blaise.
"Did you get your wand?" Jasmine asked as she moved back to her husband, who pressed his hand to her stomach.
"Yes, with a struggle. Jas... Goyle's dead" Draco told her, she sucked in a harsh breath and looked into her husbands eyes looking for any signs that he could be joking.
"he set the room of requirement on fire. We only got out because Potter, Granger and Weasley helped us." Draco then added, gesturing to Blaise and Theo.
"a-are you okay?" Jasmine asked, looking at her friends in worry.
"I'm okay now I know you're safe" Draco told her, pulling her closer and pressing his forehead to hers.
"Jas, since when were you pregnant?" Blaise asked, trying to change the subject, obviously upset about his friend.
"The beginning of December" Jasmine told him as she leant further into Draco, her hand returning to her stomach.
"I call godmother!" Daphne squealed, obviously trying to lighten the situation. The thought of new life giving everyone a glimmer of hope.
Jasmine smiled at her friends in front of her, knowing that the majority of them were safe made her extremely happy.
"Jas, when we can, we're going to get out of here. I watched Potter kill another Horcrux. They're getting closer to killing him" Draco told her and she nodded, her heart heavy thinking about all the lives that had been lost.
Jasmine nodded. "I need to tell Hannah" she told him, he nodded and reluctantly let her walk over to her best friend.
"Han" Jasmine called, Hannah's eyes moving to meet hers.
"when the time is right, I'm going to have to leave. I need to leave with Draco and my brother. But I promise you I'll write, not like last time. I'll write as soon as I can" Jasmine told her, her eyes welling up with tears again. Hannah was also crying now, tears streaming down her face.
"I love you, so much. If you don't write, I'll hex you into oblivion" Hannah told her, her lips twitching into a smile as she spoke.
"I love you too, I couldn't ask for anyone better to be my best friend" Jasmine told her, giving her another hug. Jasmine's heart was screaming, she didn't want to have to leave her best friend once more.
