Joshua skipped down the hall with a big smile on his face and entered his designated classroom. Two weeks had passed ever since he had re encountered Vernon and talked about a few things. Two weeks had passed ever since he had started making Jeonghan an everyday lunch and learned new skills to satisfy the older's hunger. And two weeks had passed since Joshua felt an unknown feeling keeping him warm inside.
To be honest, Joshua didn't know how to describe it. But he did know one thing, Joshua didn't want this feeling to end. It had been a long time since he had felt this way. A long time since he felt happy and calm, without troubles or the need to be someone he isn't. Joshua felt like he made the right decision of moving to Korea. And that made him relieved.
However, Joshua felt a new feeling rise into his chest. Joshua opened the door to the classroom and sighed. Lunch was about to end and there was no sign of Jeonghan anywhere. The other three had to eat his homemade lunch box because Joshua wouldn't waste food on something simple. But it did make him wonder: why didn't he come to school today? Why didn't he answer the texts I sent he sent him during lunch? Joshua got more worried everytime he thought about it. (Jeonghan's probably sick right?) He thought.
He slightly blushed as he took a seat on his desk. He missed Jeonghan. He really missed him. The other was so unforgettable. His touch, his smile, his laugh. Joshua missed it, but at the same time, Joshua felt embarrassed at the thought. It had only been a couple of hours of not being around Jeonghan and he already felt this way. (Odd) He thought. It had been a long time since he had felt such want for something. Or someone for that matter. But the memories brought pain to his heart, and Joshua didn't want to remember them any longer or he'd be in a bad mood for the rest of the day.
The classroom started to get filled with students followed by the loud ringing of the bell. Joshua took out his journal and pen as he watched the teacher come in and start the class. However, he couldn't concentrate because a certain someone was on his head.
The day had finally ended and Joshua couldn't be more happy. The teacher was boring as hell and Joshua couldn't believe how much efforts he made to keep himself awake and in full attention to the board. (Ah~ I want to go home~!) He thought as he stretched. He slowly packed his things and heard the classroom get quieter by the second. It was Friday so he couldn't blame the students for wanting to escape the walls that surrounded them.
Joshua skipped down the hall. He was quickly interrupted in his tracks, however, by a sudden yell.
"JISOO HYUNG!"
Joshua turned around and saw the boy run to him. "Seungkwan, why are you still at school?"
The blue haired male panted heavily as if he had ran a marathon. Joshua patted the other's back in comfort.
"Hyung—something, came up" Joshua stared at him trying to understand the other better.
"What's going on Boo?"
"Vernon" Seungkwan took a deep breath. "Vernon's in trouble!"
Joshua felt his heart sink. (No..not again..!) Joshua held Seungkwan's shoulders and looked at the younger straight to his eye. "Where is he?(!)"
"In the alley behind the school!" Seungkwan could feel a tear fall from his eye. "Mingyu and Jun had brought us there and Vernon told me to come tell you. That you'll help!"
Joshua nodded. "Lead the way"
