It was my birthday and i just turned 18, I was locked in my room crying because i just had found out my parents were killed. They were the hispanic mafia leader's. Ive been trained and always just been apart of the mafia since little, i was given their wealth, and inherited to become the new mafia leader but i couldn't everything just hit, and i was a mess to take their place, so I decided to give it to my uncle Carlos, he was my my mother's brother and was downstairs talking to the rest of my family, about the situation.

Carlos- cariño por favor, necesitamos hablar

I went and opened the door
Carlos- sé que es dificil para ti ahora pero, los enemigo's que mataron a tus padres, vendran por nosotros y especialmente tu
(I know it's hard for you right now but the enemies who killed your parents are gonna coe for us, and especially you)

Carlos- he arreglado un matrimonio para ti
(I have arranged a marriage for you)
Y/n- what? Why!
Carlos- because you will be safe, and the enemies wont find you and be able-
Y/n- is their any other choice?
Carlos- im sorry, no. Buh this is probably what your parents would have wanted
Y/n- okay fine then
I said as i gave in and rolled my eyes
Carlos- wedding is next week. The boy's father is an old friend of mine, now go with alondra and go shopping for a dress, like now
I got up and slid my shoes on, as i put my hair in a messy bun. Alondra is my best friend and has been apart of this mafia every since we were little, her parents and my parents used to great friends, until their death. She was in waiting for me in the car since everybody knew about the arranged marriage.
Alondra- how you feeling
Y/n- i could be feeling better, i dont wanna get married
Alondra- i know, buh it's just for publicity, you dont have to do anything with him, plus it's for your safety
Y/n- come move in with me
We both chuckled as we arrived, i was very greatful that i had alondra, were so close and consider each other as cousins than best friend's.

Mattia's pov
Father- she just turned your age today, her parents were killed and her uncle-
Mattia- i know i know one of you good okd friends
I said as i rolled my eyes fixing my hair
Father- he arranged a marriage for his niece, and your marrying her
Mattia- wtf no dad, i dont want too
Father- i dont care if you want to or not, it's an order, it's your job to protect her now-
Mattia- dad cmon please dont make me do this
Father- no, it's just for publicity, you dont have to do anything with her, wedding is next week, so go buy suits and take the boys, end of discussion
Mattia- fine
I said as i gave in
Kairi- how'd it go
Mattia- im getting married
Alejandro- are you serious
Mattia- yea, i dont want to buh it's and OrDeR so cmon we gotta go buy suits.

1 week later
Alondra was helping me with the back of the dress, and she noticed tears were rolling down my face.
Alondra- hey bby its okay
Y/n- ik i just wish my parents were here
Alondra- ik we all do, buh you have us and your parents will be forever in our hearts
Y/n- okay lets go cause everyone waiting
I said as i wiped a tear and tried not messing up the makeup. We were picked up in a limo, and we all headed to the church.

Mattia's pov
The music started playine which meant she was here and it was starting. My parents walking me down isle.
Mother- behave and smile
I smiled and acted like i wanted to get married. We stopped and looked out. And their she was walking through the isle with her uncle, I believe. She was pretty attractive and noticed she didnt wanna get married as well.
