Peter/Wormtail is sentenced to life in Azkaban with Anti-Animagi and other protective enchantments and wards around his high security cell. He was also to be cuffed with magical binders on his wrist to prevent transformations in case the wards depleted over time.

Dumbledore then spoke "Madame Bones, I would like to bring another matter to your attention. According to Lily and James' will, Sirius was supposed to have the guardianship of Harrison James Potter and Remus Lupin was supposed to have guardianship over Alaya Lillian Potter. Their current guardians are more than happy to give up on their authority over the children. I know the contents as I was there to sign it as the Chief Warlock and as one of the few witnesses." He then handed the papers regarding the legalities of guardianship to the head of the DMLE.

She checks the papers. "Everything seems to be in order. Mr. Potter and Miss Potter, would you like to move out from your muggle aunt and uncle's home and move in with Mr. Black and Mr. Lupin?" she asked. "Yes ma'am. More than anything." Harry answered her politely for the both of them. She smiled at this. "Congratulations Mr. Potter and Mr. Black over the new guardianship. But before we adjourn the session, Mr. Black, Mr. Lupin, since they're twins, how are your residential arrangements going to be? Just to know." She asked.

"We'll be staying in one of the Black or Lupin Properties together. But we've not decided which one for now. That will be done before their school term ends." Amelia nodded at this answer. There was a clearing of throat from none other than the toad face dressed in a pink cardigan. "Madame Bones and Minister, I would like to ask the both of you something. Why is it that you both are handing over the guardianship of the girl to the werewolf?"

There was an outcry in the courtroom due to bringing out that woman's personal bigotry. Cornelius and Amelia were livid "Dolores, you know the law. People afflicted with Lycanthropy are not going to be treated as outcasts. They are to be given a week's mandatory sick leave that is not to be merged with their other leaves around the time of full moon and should take precautions if they have kids and a family at home. And I have full confidence that Mr. Lupin will take the necessary precautions." Said Cornelius and silenced the woman.

Sirius, in the meantime, had asked Alaya if he could tell everyone in the courtroom about her condition.

"I want to tell something." Announced Sirius. "Yes, Mr. Black." Acknowledged Amelia. "My god daughter here, Alaya, is also afflicted with Lycanthropy. She was afflicted with Lycanthropy when Greyback bit her on the night James and Lily were killed by Voldemort. She too will be accompanying Remus during the full moons. And the room in which they'll spend the night will be heavily warded and they won't be able to open the door until I personally remove the wards and open the door for everyone's safety."

Everyone nodded at this and the court was adjourned.
