46. The Shocking News

PREVIOUSLY IN A NEW BEGINNING

Sirius gives out the changes that occurs in the House of Black.

The Minister, Amelia and Rufus, decided that they were going to tackle Lucius Malfoy before taking down the others. They called Sirius and Remus to accompany them to his holding cell. The man was looking totally different from what he was at the beginning of the Wizengamot session. His hair was dishevelled and there was beard that needed to be shaven. He saw the four of them enter with four senior aurors. But before he could ask anything, Auror Dawlish jabbed Veritaserum into the man's system using a muggle needle and syringe. After waiting for the prescribed minute, Amelia started questioning.

"Where do you think Voldemort is hiding?"

"He is hiding in Riddle Manor in Little Hangleton. He is in the form of a growing foetus, but the difference being, he's outside of a mother's womb."

"Whom do you think did Voldemort give the horcruxes to?"

"I was given the diary as you saw in the memory. Bellatrix was given Helga Hufflepuff's cup. She placed it in her personal vault. Regulus Black was given the Slytherin Locket and he hid it in the Black property that is there in London. The snake is with him in Little Hangleton. The Gaunt Ring is in Riddle Shack adjacent to the Manor."

In Dumbledore's office,

"What is it that you wanted to talk about, Albus?" asked Remus. "It's concerning Harry, you two. I know that both of you have blood adopted Harry and Alaya and not just Sirius, as announced. That's the reason I called both of you." Albus said. "Then please tell it out fast." Said Sirius, not bothering to conceal his growing worry.

Just then, a very pale looking Snape came in. "I had to call him because he knows the information I'm going to tell you." Both the marauders nodded. "The information regarding the number of horcruxes he created is wrong. He created seven. I didn't tell it in the session yesterday because it concerns Harry." He said. "Proceed to the point, Albus." Said a slightly panicked Sirius.

Albus proceeded to break the news. "Harry is the seventh horcrux that Voldemort accidentally made when he killed James and Lily in Godric's Hollow." He told them gently.
