39. The Wizengamot Session - 1

PREVIOUSLY IN A NEW BEGINNING

All the guardians and parents of the children training in Noir Chateau meet up and discuss about a few things.

It was the morning of the Summer Session of the Wizengamot. Remus, Sirius, Harry and Alaya woke up early and finished getting ready and having their breakfast by 8:00 AM as they were to floo over to the Minister's office at 8:15 AM to show him the memories of the twins encountering Voldemort in their first two years.

TIME SKIP TO AFTER THE MINISTER SEEING THE MEMORIES

"I didn't think Lucius would do something like that." Said a very grim Cornelius after watching the memories. "Am I right if I tell that you're planning on getting everyone's attention on this pressing matter in today's session?" he asked.

"Yes you're right, Minister. We are. I really want to put Lord Malfoy through a trial, not only for whatever matters you want to press him for. I also want to add the charges of attempting to degrade the reputation of the Head of the Ancient and Noble of Weasley and his family just for his advantages." Said Harry.

"You're right, Lord Potter. Amelia, Rufus, don't you think we'll need to station Aurors inside the room so that when we capture and question Malfoy, we can capture the others who he points out to if they're there in the room?" Cornelius asked the Heads of the DMLE and the Auror Forces.

"You're right, Cornelius. We must. I'll send an order out immediately to the deputy head, Auror Shacklebolt, to get a team of 10 stationed inside the chamber, while a team of another 20 will be standing outside the chamber to take them out to the holding cells once the questioning under Veritaserum is done." Said Scrimgeour.

They agreed to this and proceeded to go out from the office to the Wizengamot chamber.
