27. The Second Full Moon - 2

PREVIOUSLY IN A NEW BEGINNING

Harry and Alaya ask Remus and Sirius if they could let Harry to stay with them during Full Moon.

TIME SKIP TO THE EVENING OF FULL MOON

Harry, Alaya, Sirius and Remus locked themselves up in the heavily warded basement. They had managed to put two empty portrait frames inside that place, so that James, Lily, Charlus and Dorea could come and visit them during full moons.

"Sirius, now." Remus said in a strained voice as both him and Alaya hunched over and started transforming right at the start of Moonrise. Sirius made it to stand right next to Harry to protect him from Moony, as he knew that Moonsilver won't do anything to the boy. Once the transformations were done, the two wolves examined each other before turning to Harry (Whom he recognised as Scrabbles) and Padfoot. Moony placed himself in front of his cub and growled defensively. But he soon dropped the posture when he smelled his other cub Scrabbles' and his friend Padfoot's scents.

He went towards Padfoot just as Alaya went towards Harry and tugged on his shirt to go with her and sit with her on the rug that was spread out nearby. Padfoot and Moony too followed the two younger ones and sat down on the rug. Moony made sure his human cub Scrabbles was sitting between himself and his wolf cub.

Harry first decided to play with the two of them. As he wouldn't be able to do it alone, he beckoned Padfoot to turn back into Sirius. Moony and Silver began to growl when they saw Sirius. Harry thankfully calmed them down. "Moony, Silver, no attacking. He's a friend." Said Harry calmly. Moony huffed slightly and went towards Sirius. He started sniffing the other man and once he smelt a bit of Padfoot on him, he gave a wolfish smile and licked his face. "Ewww! Don't do that Moony. It's disgusting." He said as he wiped his face in a napkin that Harry passed to him. But the bigger wolf didn't care. He just licked his pack member's face once again, tugged at his shirt's sleeve and pulled him to the rug on which his cubs were sitting.

Silver too got up and went to Sirius. She too copied Moony's actions before pulling Harry from where he was to near Sirius and Moony. Harry grabbed the back pack before he got up and went nearer to Sirius and Moony. Moony watched as Scrabbles gave Silver a belly rub, which made her purr and thump her tail in content. Not wanting to hurt or disturb his cubs, he nudged Sirius' hands, indicating that he too wanted what Harry was doing.
