62. Hogsmeade - 1

PREVIOUSLY IN A NEW BEGINNING

Harry manages to coerce Severus in buying pranks in Gambol and Japes prank store. Alaya and the ladies went to ask the boys whether they could go to Hogsmeade.

"What's up, girls?" asked Sirius. "Uncle Siri, is it fine if we go to Hogsmeade? The only times Harry and I could go when we snuck to the village using the one-eyed witch passage using the map under the cloak. And we've come here so many times that it's boring." She said. Even Harry looked at them with an expectant glint in his eyes.

Sirius and Remus immediately relented. "Of course we can. If you guys are okay with it, we can go today itself." Said Remus. The kids whooped "Yes! Thank you so much." Said Alaya as she hugged Remus and Sirius. Harry too joined his sister in hugging his guardians. They went to the apparition point in the Alley and apparated to Hogsmeade.

Harry and Alaya were seeing the village with awe. They were finally able to see the village properly, without the usage of any sort of glamor and invisibility cloak. They turned to their guardians. "Can we go and check out the stores now?" asked Harry. "Of course. Where do you want to go first?" asked Sirius. "Zonko's first." they said together. They ran towards the prank store when the adults nodded. "Gods! These two are growing to be pranksters just like how you two and James were." Said an amused and exasperated Hestia, who had a similar Emmeline and Severus nodding with her.

Harry told her about the pranks that he had got for her from Gambol and Japes. They went on to get several dungbombs and sugar quills from the various prank supplies that were sold in the store. Sirius and Remus went on to suggest the best pranks that could be used on Filch and McGonagall. Severus, Emmeline and Hestia had to promise that they won't tell anyone about this as they were teachers. They too went on to get a few prank items for themselves so that they too can play pranks occasionally. They checked out the products and went outside. Remus asked "Where to next, kids? Don't say Honeydukes because we can go there after we eat lunch."

The twins nodded and checked around the place. "Let's go to Gladrags." Suggested Alaya. Harry groaned. "Come on, Aly! Why a clothes store?" he whined. "I want to see if there are any other options other than the ones in Madam Malkin's. That's why." She said as she poked her brother's shoulder. The men too internally groaned as Tonks, Emmeline, Hestia and Alaya dragged them down to the store.

The ladies spent the rest of the time before lunch in the store and bought quite a few clothes for themselves and for the boys. The boys didn't complain as they saw that there were more options than the usual ones found in Madam Malkins.
