Upon reaching home, Sirius told them to freshen up and collect in the meeting room. Sirius told Remus too was to go with them because he too was a part of the family.

Once everyone were in the family room, Sirius got up from his seat that was meant for the Head of the House and spoke "The reason I called you guys here is because of a few announcements. The first one is concerning you and your family, Andy." Andromeda got confused. "My family and I? What is it?" she asked.

"I, as the Head of House of Black, have reinstated you back into the family in the goblin records. Your marriage to Theodore Tonks and the birth of your daughter has been acknowledged and we'll be performing the ritual to reinstate you back into the family and your husband and daughter to be instated into the family. We will perform that ritual once I finish giving out the other announcements." He said. Andy nodded at this and relaxed a bit.

"Moving on to the next bit of information, I have cast Bellatrix out from the family as I declared her, along with her husband Rodolphus and Rodolphus' brother Rabastan Oath Breakers, by taking up the Mark of Voldemort. I was able to do it due to the House of Black having primacy over the House of Lestrange. Additional to taking up the Mark of Voldemort, Bella never produced the two children as contracted and never will." He paused so that everyone in the room could process what he just told them. He proceeded to continue "In addition to them being cast out, I summoned the family magic for judgement the House of LeStrange."

A wave of shock registered around the room. "Having forewarned the warden in Azkaban, he confirmed post the ritual that all three no longer have their magic. Rodolphus and his brother died within an hour." Sirius said grimly. "And as for Bella, she's without magic, but stable. Well, I say stable, but nuttier than a fruitcake, but alive." He added when he saw Andy's expression. "Before the LeStranges died, I declared the marriage contract broken and seized their vault for the repayment of dowry."

Everyone nodded at this. Sirius moved on. "My next announcement is that I have cast Narcissa, and through her, her son Draco as well, out of the family, due to her husband breaking the contract. He thankfully didn't break much of the oath as Narcissa didn't take up the Mark. But he did bow down to someone against the House of Black's motto. So I have just limited their punishment to being cast out. The two of them aren't to be given any sanctuary or aid. Any provided to her will be assumed to be breaking oath with the House of Black."

The others nodded at this. "You did a great thing, Sirius. Even though they're my sisters, they did go away from our family's motto. I'm happy." Said Andromeda with a small smile.
