Sirius calls for a family meeting.

Sirius too smiled. "Thank you, Andy. Shall we move on to the ritual? Now that all my announcements are over." He asked. "Of course." She said as she rose up to go and stand opposite to her cousin whilst he conjured the family Ritual Bowl.

"Familius Magicus." He intoned as he tapped the bowl. Silver mist erupted to swirl in the hollow of the vessel once again. He cut his palm. "I Sirius Orion Black, Head of the House of Black, declare Andromeda Ursula Tonks reinstated as a daughter of the House of Black by blood, by magic, and by oath. So have I sworn; So mote it be."

Andromeda cut her palm with a grimace. "I, Andromeda Ursula Tonks, daughter of the House of Black, accept my reinstatement and the duties that it entails, by blood, by magic and by oath. So have I sworn; So mote it be."

Ted and Dora too joined the family soon after they took their oaths. "Excellent." Sirius said as he vanished the Ritual Bowl and Knife and two envelopes appeared in their place. "I have presents. Firstly, Andy and Ted, here is the details of your new vault at Gringotts. You've received the dowry that would've been bestowed had the family agreed to the match at the time. There is also a deed to the Summer Property in Spain which I know was always Andy's favourite. It is entailed to the House of Black though, and will return to me or my Heir on your death. But it's yours for the rest of your lives. I've employed a few extra house elves to go keep that place clean and usable at any point of time." Andromeda nodded at this. "Thank you, Sirius."

Sirius nodded. "This is it, then. There are no more announcements. Are there any from your side?" he asked. Harry took this opportunity. "Uncle Sirius, you said you disowned Narcissa from the family. What will happen when Alaya and I start Hogwarts this year? I bet his mother would have told him that he would be the next Black Heir." He said. Sirius nodded at this. "I took care of this Harry. I did mention to them that you have been made my heir by blood. Even if I hadn't adopted you, it would stand the same because James' mother, your gran, was a Black." He said.

The twins nodded at this and got up along with the others. They then went back to their respective rooms to spend some lone time before dinner.
