Voldemort's Horcruxes is the main topic of discussion in the Wizengamot session.

"My first notice, Chief Warlock, is that I have blood adopted Lord Harrison James Potter and Lady Alaya Lillian Potter. Both are now are the son and daughter of the House of Black, just as much as they are of the House of Potter, Peverell, Boldon and Romanov." An applause resounded across the chamber as everyone congratulated the new family. "Congratulations, Lord Black, Lord Potter-Peverell and Lady Boldon-Romanov. The adoption notice is so recognised." congratulated Dumbledore.

"My second notice," Sirius continued, "is to announce that Lord Harrison James Potter has been accepted by blood, by law and by magic as the Heir of the House of Black. Upon my death, he will take up the title, Lord Potter-Black. He has agreed that the lines will have different heirs on the assumption that they are accepted by blood and magic." Sirius said firmly. "Hence, both the House of Black and the House of Potter are assured continuance."

Everyone except for Dolores Umbridge gave their approval. She raised her wand and asked a question when she was recognised. "Is it true, Mr. Potter that you will have different heirs?" "Yes Madam Umbridge, I have so agreed. And it's Lord Potter-Peverell and not Mr. Potter." He said and corrected her. She went on to tell something else. But she was broken by Tiberius Ogden, an old Potter ally, when he banged his cane. "Madam Umbridge, all of us here have been assured that there will be two different heirs. So please do not ask any more questions and let the session continue." He said. "Well, thank you, Lord Ogden." Said Dumbledore. "The Heir notice is so recognised."

"My third notice is that the House of Black declared the House of LeStrange as Oath Breakers for accepting the Mark of Voldemort. They have been subjected to the house's family magic's judgement. The Family Magic decided to strip Bellatrix, Rodolphus and Rabastan LeStrange off of their magic. Rodolphus and Rabastan died within an hour of the ritual. And Bellatrix died about three days later. Before the ritual was performed, the marriage contract was declared void and Bellatrix has been cast out of the family" Augusta looked proud when she heard this. Dumbledore nodded and said. "The notice of Oath Breaking, marriage annulment and out casting is so recognised."
