Malfoy is arrested and is given a trial, then and there.

"Now that the first part of this session's agenda is over with, shall we move on to the next one?" asked Dumbledore. He too was aware of the plan as Sirius had informed him beforehand. "Yes, of course, Chief Warlock." Said Amelia. "This interrogation has brought to light several different matters related to Voldemort. Does anyone have any light to shed?" she asked.

This time, it was Dumbledore who answered. "Madam Bones, if you may." He said, catching everyone's attention. "Yes Chief Warlock." She said. "I have been researching about how Voldemort survived that night in Godric's Hollow in '81 for the past two years. I got a doubt that it could be horcruxes when Harry explained what happened in the Chamber of Secrets back at Hogwarts in my office at the end of his second academic year. It just got confirmed when Lucius Malfoy himself confirmed about it."

Everyone gave their versions of approval to continue. "As I didn't want to leave out any bit of information, Lord Black and I have been looking out for these horcruxes while we were discussing about matters regarding a different matter. As far as we have come, he has created six till now. Three of the objects are related to the founders of Hogwarts. And those are, Helga Hufflepuff's cup, Rowena Ravenclaw's diadem and Salazar Slytherin' Locket. The last one is Marvolo Gaunt's ring. It's his family ring as he is related to the Gaunt Family through his mother." Voiced Dumbledore.

"What do you think we could do to this, Chief Warlock? Do you know where those are?" asked Daniel Greengrass, who was cleanly disturbed by the fact that Voldemort was still alive, even though his family remained neutral during the last war. "We could set up a team of curse breakers from the Department of Mysteries who will be responsible for the destruction of the horcruxes. If you decide, we can team up with the curse breakers from Gringotts as well." He said and remained silent for a few moments to let his words sink in before he continued. "And as for your second question, Lord Greengrass, I don't know where they are for now. We have to question Lucius again if we have to get the information we want."

Everyone nodded at this. Sirius rose from his seat when he was recognised. "I have a few announcements to make before we end this session and get into the work of finding those horcruxes." He said. "Please state them, Lord Black. The floor is yours." Said Dumbledore.
