Sirius gives out the changes that occurs in the House of Black.

Sirius continued once everyone registered his words. "The next notice is related to the previous one. I wish to give all of the monetary assets that have been seized from the dowry vault to the House of Longbottom, as the House of LeStrange has created a debt of honour by their attack on the Ancient and Noble House of Longbottom. The House of Black also wishes to assume the financial responsibility for the education of the Longbottom Heir. I, Sirius Orion Black, apologise to the members of the House of Longbottom on behalf of the House of Black for what the members of the House of Black have done." Everyone including Augusta were stunned. Augusta quickly schooled her emotions and stood proudly. "The House of Longbottom has accepted the restitution offered and the apology of the House of Black."
Dumbledore took note of this and said "Notice of Restitution offered to the House of Longbottom is recognised." He looked at the members of the Wizengamot before continuing "Is that all Lord Black?" he asked. "Yes Chief Warlock. That is all." Said Sirius and took his seat between Harry and Alaya in the balcony.
"Since the House of LeStrange has no Heir and current members have died, I declare line extinction. The LeStrange seat returns to the floor." Declared Dumbledore. "Is there any notices or changes that anyone needs to make?" he asked. When there was no answer, he continued "I declare the Autumn and August session of the Wizengamot coming to an end until our next usual meet in December, or until there is an emergency that requires us to meet before then. So have I sworn; So mote it be."
The magical spells on the door came down and everyone got up to leave the room. Many congratulated the family as they made their way out to the lifts to go back atrium and floo back home. Everyone was thankful that there was no press standing outside the doors of the chamber. The Potter-Black-Lupin family made their way to their rooms once they flooed back and changed and freshened up for lunch as they were really hungry after what happened at the Ministry.
