Chapter 14

I changed into my red dress, it was simple but I loved how it fitted me.

I styled my hair in beach waves and let them hang loose till the butt.

I was wearing minimal makeup cause I was planning on going with red bold lips, I wanted them to stand out so with eyeliner with a bit of smokey eye, I applied my lipstick and when I finished I heard a knock at my door.

"Come in," I shouted.

The door burst open and Sneka came waltzing in, with more ladies who followed her inside.

"Whoa! you look stunning Savannah!" Sneka gushed looking at my head to toe.

"Thank you." I smiled as I hoped they couldn't see my blush.

"You know I thought you'll need help with getting ready but I see you're already done."

I just stood there with a small smile.

"Well, meet Cynthia, Clara, and Bianca they helped me get ready and I was bringing them to you but, anyways she already looks stunning enough," Sneka questioned and answered herself.

"Girls, your work here is done." She said and all the girls left with a bow.

"You look gorgeous Sneka." I complimented.

"Thank you, I just have to take these out." She blushed when she realized that she had rollers in her hair, still, she was looking beautiful with nude and brown makeup on her pale skin and platinum blond hair.

"Okay then, I should go and get in my dress I'll be back here in a minute so we can have a final touch-up together, or you should come to my room."

"Sure, I'm done here," I said following her out.

The Rupen mansion is huge so the ballroom where the gathering was arranged was another one and the place where we were wandering was as huge as a separate castle.

"Where is everyone?" I asked about the helpers.

"They are with mate and Delli, taking care of the arrangements," Sneka informed as we entered her room, which screams Sneka.

Bold but neat colors like there were everything, red and grey.

She may be a giggly and jolly girl with me, she is a stone-cold bitch with everyone, I know it's a façade to keep everyone at bay cause this is the real Sneka, funny and jolly but when she's mean, she looks legit and even I feel scared at that time, her voice fills with authority and gaze kills people.

She got the rollers out and it took her 20 minutes to do that, I helped her do her make-up quickly, and then we left the room to go downstairs.

A helper came and already informed us that the guests were starting to arrive.

I was nervous about what's going to Dellilio's reaction when he sees me.

I got mom's call saying that they were near the Rupen territory and will be here soon.

As soon as I entered the ballroom my eyes scanned the crowd to find Dellilio, tonight I'll ask him about his fuckery.

"I'm gonna go find Michael," Sneka said as she disappeared into the crowd.

The ballroom is beautiful, all white with golden patterns.

I could see some corridors attached to the ballroom.

"Bex."

"What?"

"Since you're so close to our mate why don't you tell me where he is right now?"
