A Vampire's Love; the untold story

Chapter 21

Davina walks in Marcel's loft. Rebekah is sitting on the couch, being on her phone, holding a glass of wine with her other hand. She looks up and sees Davina. 'Hey' Davina says being tired, and Rebekah can notice that in Davina's voice. 'Let me guess, nothing?' she asks. 'Yeah, it's gonna take a lot to bring Kol's humanity back' she says and Rebekah sighs. 'Well we need to think of something' she says and Davina nods. Rebekah takes a sip of her drink and looks around. Always being alert, her hearing allows her to hear a car engine stopping close. She knows exactly who's car it is, and when she hears the door opening, she looks at Davina. 'He's here' she says. 'Who's here?' Davina asks confused. 'Kol' Rebekah says and puts the glass on the table. Using her hearing, she hears every footstep of his, till the footsteps are just behind the door, and they stop. She hears his breathing, steady, just as his heartbeat, and she starts walking to the door when Kol kicks it, walking in. Davina looks at the door, surprised by Kol's action, and so is Rebekah. He looks at them with a smirk on his face. 'What, if it's for the door, don't worry, I'll pay for it' he says sarcastically and Davina rolls her eyes. 'What do you want Kol' Rebekah asks. 'I want to talk to my girlfriend, can't I do that now' he says and Rebekah looks at him and then at Davina. 'Since when am I your girlfriend, weren't you the one who broke up with me' Davina says with sarcasm in her voice. 'He broke up with you?' Rebekah asks and Davina nods. 'Yep, no-humanity side effects I presume' Davina answers. 'Oh, come on love, you just pissed me off, it wasn't anything' he says, although everyone can notice his sarcasm. 'I just want to talk' he says and they both look at him. 'About what?' Rebekah asks. 'None of your concern sister, it's mine and Davina's business so if you'll excuse us' he says and vamps, grabs Davina and disappears with his supernatural speed.

Klaus wakes up, and looks at Caroline's side of the bed. He sighs, hoping she would be there, and he stands up. He gets in the shower. He lets the water fall on his body, letting it brush off all of his thoughts, along with some drops of blood that he missed cleaning up, and now had dried on his hands. After some minutes, he gets out, and gets dressed. Once he's dressed, he walks out of his room, and walks down the hall, and sees a door that hasn't been opened in ages, slightly open. He looks in Finn's room, and sees Caroline fallen asleep. He smiles, just a bit, knowing she's safe and then closes the door slowly, and walks to the stairs when he sees Rebekah walking in the compound. He stays at the top of the stairs and looks at her. 'Sister, how come you left that little loft of Marcel's and came here?' he says with sarcasm in his voice. Rebekah doesn't have time to answer, since someone else walks in after her, and answers himself. 'Come on Klaus, are you jealous?' he says and Klaus laughs a bit, as he starts walking downstairs. 'Not at all Marcellus, I'm happy for you' he says and meets them both downstairs. Klaus sits down and looks at them. 'So what do I owe the pleasure?' he asks. 'We've got a little problem' Rebekah says and looks at them. 'Kol took Davina' she says and Klaus exhales. 'Sister, I thought we had an actual problem' Klaus says and shrugs. 'When?' Marcel asks, ignoring what Klaus just said. 'He came by the loft, said he wanted to talk to her, and then just disappeared' she says. Marcel sighs. 'I'll get the vampires to look around and find them' he says, and walks away, calling one of his vampires to spread the word. Rebekah hears some footsteps and sees Caroline walking downstairs, and Klaus turns his head, and sees her. 'Morning' Caroline says with a sleepy voice, and Rebekah answers with a 'good morning.' Klaus looks at her. 'Good morning Caroline' he says and she looks at him frowning a bit. 'I, I'm gonna go and get a blood bag from downstairs' she says and walks to the basement. Rebekah looks at Klaus. 'So, happened with you two?' she asks and Klaus looks at her. 'Kol happened' he says and Rebekah sighs. 'What did he do?' she asks and sits down, as Klaus explains what happened.

Kol arrives in a deserted place with Davina and he puts her down. Davina looks around and she feels shivers all over her body, since she's alone with an Original vampire who could just kill her, all alone. 'Kol, what the hell are you doing?' she asks, and looks at him, knowing she shouldn't talk with that tone to him. He looks at her and smirks, trying to use his charm to benefit him. 'I need a favour love' he says and she frowns. 'Don't call me like that' she says and he rolls his eyes. 'You lost the right when you turned it off, and broke up with me' she says and he gets pissed but he tries not to show it. 'Come on Davina, you can't be mad about that, it was just a stupid argument' he smiles a bit, trying to reassure her that he's telling the truth. He just decides to lie to her, in order to get what he wants. 'Look Davina, I still love you, just help me with what I want and I promise you I will go back to the Kol you know' he says and tries to have a sad expression on his face. She exhales, not believing him, but she wants to know what is that he wants. 'What do you want Kol?' she asks and he smiles a bit. 'I want you to do a spell, to open a tomb' he says and she looks at him frowning. 'There are plenty of witches, why me' she asks and he looks at her with a smirk on his face. 'Because you, love, are special.' He says while he places his hand on her shoulder. 'You are a Claire' he says. 'And that tomb, has been sealed with a spell, by an ancestor of yours, and you're the only one who can open it for me' he says smirking. She feels rage getting the best of her, as she realizes he's just using her. 'You are kidding me, right? You come and lie on my face just to make me open a stupid tomb for you? It's not gonna happen' she says and moves away from him. His eyes darken and he feels mad, but he doesn't give up. 'I love you Davina, I give you my word' he says sarcastically, knowing that this is not something that he would ever say. She looks at him, completely annoyed, knowing what he's doing. She looks at him, and if looks could kill, he would be dead now. 'Shut up Kol, before I make you' she says as she feels that she is going to use bad spells on him, once she can't control her anger. 'Why? Because it's something dear Elijah would say?' He asks with sarcasm in his voice. She looks at him frowning. 'No, it's because you-' she starts talking, but he ignores her, carrying on with his sentence, trying to piss her off. He looks at her and using his sarcasm, he just tells the truth, right on her face, not hesitating, not caring about lying to her previously. 'Oh wait, you wouldn't know if he would say that again anyway, because he's not walking on this earth, he's just rotting in hell' he says and the sarcastic smile on his face doesn't fade away for a moment. 'What are you talking about?' she asks. Kol looks at her and he laughs. 'That's what you think?' he says and laughs. 'He died, five years ago, to save Nik. And guess what he said before he died. Should I tell you, or should I leave you asking everyone?' he says smirking. 'What did he say' she asks confused and overwhelmed with the truth she just found out. 'He said' he makes a pause and looks at her. 'Why would I tell you, you didn't open the tomb for me' he says and smirks, as he disappears with his vampire speed. 'Kol wait' she says but it was too late. She feels rage, sadness, she feels broken. She doesn't want to believe it, so she starts walking back to the compound, to face Klaus, as she texts Freya. 

D: Freya, tell me that Kol was lying, that Elijah is not dead.

F: Did he tell you? I'm sorry Davina, but yes, it's true.

Davina just reads Freya's reply and puts her phone in her pocket, holding back the tears, walking to the compound. She wanted to hear it from Klaus himself, hear what happened.

Freya looks at her phone, and the "seen" under her message. She exhales as she lies down. 'This is not going to end up well' she says and she goes asleep.
