Chapter 11

'So, where's Elijah?' Hope asks again. 'Elijah is' Rebekah starts, and pauses, while Marcel continues. 'Elijah is daggered' he says and Hope looks shocked. 'Why? What did he do?' she asks. 'He loved' Rebekah murmurs. 'What?' Hope asks. 'Nothing love, he was misbehaving' she says. 'Elijah? Misbehaving? You've got to be kidding me. He never misbehaves' Hope says and chuckles. 'Well, he turned it off' Marcel says. 'He did what?' Hope's eyes wide open. 'Why?' she asks confused. 'We don't know, he never sai-' Rebekah starts saying, when they all hear keys on the door, and in seconds, Davina is in front of them. 'Davina?' Hope asks shocked. 'Hope!' Davina says smiling and walks towards her. Hope stands up, and hugs her. 'Bu-but you were' Hope says, pauses and continues. 'Dead' she says and tries to realize that the person in front of her is alive. 'Yeah, not exactly, but all of this has passed, and I am here now' the witch says smiling. They both sit down. 'How is school going?' Davina asks Hope. 'Well, it's fine' she smiles. 'The classes are easier than I thought, those last three years, losing contact with all of you, helped me improve myself, I mean, at school' she says. Davina smiles, and so does Marcel and Rebekah. 'That's good' Rebekah says. Hope nods and looks at them.

In the compound, Klaus looks at the witch in front of him. 'I came as soon as you told me to. And a reminder, if it wasn't for Caroline, I wouldn't even consider of helping you' the Bennett witch says aggressively. 'Oh, come on love, is it that difficult to believe that I'm an angel?' Klaus asks, with a tone of sarcasm in his voice. 'Where's Caroline?' Bonnie asks. 'She's locked up. If we set her free, the Hollow will take her over and it won't end good for anyone.' 'But why Caroline? She is not a witch, the Hollow can't practice magic in her' Bonnie asks. 'Because she knows that she's the only person I could never torture, besides Hope' Klaus states. 'So, Bonnie Bennet, will you help me, or not?' Klaus walks towards her. The Bennett witch crosses her arms and looks at him. 'I wanna see her first' Bonnie says. 'Fine. I'll take you' Klaus says. 'Follow me' he walks out of the room, and Bonnie follows him.

They both walk in the basement. Bonnie sees her best friend, and runs in her direction, but gets stopped, by Klaus' hand. 'Don't go close. You don't know if it's her or the Hollow' he says and sounds like he actually cares, but they both know, that he doesn't care about Bonnie, and she looks at him, giving him the devil's eye. 'So, what do I have to do' Bonnie asks. 'You will go through my mother's grinmoires with my sister. You will find, or create I don't even care, the right spell, and get the Hollow out of Caroline' he responds. 'And put it where? It has to be moved into something else' she says. Klaus turns and looks at her. 'Me' Klaus says and his expression becomes calm, and Bonnie gets worried. 'You? What the hell?' she asks. 'You can't keep it in you, if she possesses someone as powerful as you, she will be able to do whatever she wants' Bonnie says raising her voice. 'And this is why, when that happens, someone has to kill me' Klaus says and Bonnie looks at him, not believing what he just said. 'But now, I will take you to my sister, so, chop chop, we have things to do' Klaus says and leaves the basement. Bonnie looks at her best friend once more, and then follows the hybrid. Klaus turns and looks at her. 'We don't have enough time' he says and grabs her, and in seconds, they both are out of Freya's attic.

Klaus walks in, and Bonnie follows. Freya looks at them, and approaches them. 'You must be the Bennet witch my brother has been talking about' Freya says. 'Yes, that's me' Bonnie smiles a little bit. 'I've heard a lot about the Bennett witches, your family is known as very powerful witches' Freya says admiring the fact that Bonnie is standing before her. 'Yeah, we are' Bonnie smiles full of pride for her family. 'Yeah okay, now that we're done with the introductions, both of you, get to work' Klaus demands, and leaves. Freya hands Bonnie a book of her mother's, full of spells. 'Don't mind my brother, he's a bit rude' Freya says trying to justify her brother's behavior. 'Don't worry, I know Klaus, he's always been like that' Bonnie chuckles and opens the book. 'But now, let's get to work, I don't want that thing in my best friend for longer.' 'Yeah, right' Freya smiles and starts working on the spells with Bonnie.

In Marcel's loft, Hope leaves, and they all sit back down. Rebekah is giving Davina the devil's eye for some time now, and Davina starts feeling awkward, but doesn't say anything to her. 'Marcel, I am going to take a nap okay?' she says and stands up. 'Mhm' Marcel nods and looks at her walking out of the living room. Rebekah rolls her eyes and sighs annoyed. Marcel puts down his phone. 'Okay, Bekah, what is it with Davina?' he asks. Rebekah shrugs. 'Nothing' she says looking at her phone. Marcel grabs her phone from her, and raises an eyebrow looking at the blonde Original next to him. She sighs. 'Fine. I just cannot forgive her for what she did to Elijah, okay? I can't walk around pretending like she's completely innocent, and that it's not her fault that Elijah's daggered at this moment' she says. Marcel sighs, and rubs her back. 'Look, I know, but she's not the one to blame. I mean yes, she left without telling anyone, but if it wasn't for Kol, she would've stayed. And you're making her feel uncomfortable right now. So please stop.' Rebekah looks at him. 'I can't' she says. Marcel sighs and stands up. 'Well then, I am sorry, Rebekah, but I guess you should go and live in the compound, till you can.' 'But Marce-' she's about to talk, but she doesn't get the chance, since he vamps away.

Davina lies down thinking. She thinks that she hasn't talked to Kol lately. So she texts him to meet her later at Rousseau's. He agrees, and she closes her eyes, and falls asleep.

'Did you find anything?' Bonnie asks Freya, and sighs tired. 'Yes.' Freya says and looks at Bonnie. 'There's a spell that will allow us to remove the Hollow from Caroline and put it into something else. But it needs to be done in a full moon' Freya says and looks at Bonnie, that looks worried. 'But the full moon is tomorrow' Bonnie says. 'Then all we have is till tomorrow' Freya says and looks down. 'I can't lose my brother, not so soon' she says and tries not to cry. Bonnie doesn't know what to say, she rubs Freya's back gently. 'If he has decided to do it, there's not much you can do. Even if we don't help him, he will find another witch, either way you've lost him' Bonnie says and Freya lifts up her head and looks at her. 'Question is, will you spend these hours helping him, or spreading hatred between the two of you?' Bonnie tries to explain. Freya nods and then stands up. She sighs, and looks at Bonnie. 'I think I have to call Niklaus' Freya says and takes her phone.
