Davina sits up on her bed and her eyes open wide. 'A regent?' she asks. 'Yes Davina, a regent, the covens' regent. You'll have enough power and the ancestors' support in order to do big and powerful spells like the one you want to do' he says. 'You will also have the power to do a very powerful spell, but you'll only have one chance with this' he says. 'Big spells? Like what, you mean spells like connecting with the dead or spells like...bringing people back to life?' She's waiting for his answer, and her eyes are filled with hope. 'Connecting with the dead requires power you will be given, but you will only have one chance to bring someone back to life, and using that much power, you must have the ancestors' approval' he says and she nods even though he cannot see her. She sighs. She doesn't want to become a part of the coven again, after everything she went through with the Harvest ritual, but she couldn't let herself ignore the fact that Elijah's dead, and she had the chance to see him. 'Count me in. I will become regent. How do we have to do that?' she asks and Vincent smiles, once he knows that Davina agrees. 'Tomorrow, is the full moon. We will draw power from it and we will make you our regent. Meet me at the cemetery before the moon reaches its apex' he says and he hangs up. Davina looks at her phone's screen and smiles, thinking about how much power she will gain. And in a moment, there he is, standing across the room, looking at her. She agreed to this just for him, she thought about him, and now he was there again. He sighs. 'Davina don't do this' he says but of course she can't hear him. He shakes his head, and yells her name in hope she will hear him. 'Davina! Don't mess with these witches again.' She lifts up her head looking in his direction. A shiver runs through her body, making her feel weird. She looks at the white wall, and then she just looks back at her phone, smiling. He shakes his head, but this time, he doesn't disappear. He still has access to the world, and he realizes why he can do that. Because of Davina. He tilts his head in confusion, raising his eyebrows. 'Why am I not going back?' he's wondering. He walks towards a small table, and sees one of Davina's bracelets on it. With a movement, he pushes it off the table, to see if he can interact with the real world. And indeed, the bracelet falls off the table, as it turns into small pieces. Davina looks at it, and raises an eyebrow as fear passed all over her body. 'What the hell' she says and stands up, walks towards it and picks up the biggest part. Then quickly, she stands up. 'Who's there?' she asks knowing that the bracelet couldn't just fall down on its own. He looks at her and feels the other side pulling him back in. He knows that she might even be able to see him, so he walks out of the room. The last second, Davina could see a shadow walking away from the door. She almost recognised it, but she had to be sure. She runs out of the room, with a smile on her face. 'Elijah?' she asks and her voice is full of hope. But it was too late. The other side had already pulled him back in.

Marcel walks in the loft and sees her. 'D, what happened, I heard you talking on' he pauses 'your own?' he asks frowning. 'No, I wasn't talking' she says and still looks around confused. 'I heard you calling Elijah D, I'm a vampire and I'm certainly not deaf' he says. She looks at him and walks towards him. 'I swear Marcel, he was here' she says trusting him. 'He was here, I saw him' she continues. 'Davina, Elijah's dead. You can't see him' he says trying not to hurt her. 'No, I'm sure he was here' she says again. 'Maybe you're just upset because you just found out he's dead, but he couldn't be here' he says and she looks at him. 'But how, the bracelet' she murmurs. 'What bracelet' he asks. She looks at him and shakes her head. 'Nothing, you're right, I'm just upset. I'm gonna go and lie down' she says and without giving him time to speak, she rushes into the bedroom. She picks up the rest of the pieces, and puts them on the table. 'I'll need these' she whispers and then she goes back to bed. After a while, she falls asleep.

Hope looks at her father, pouring some girl's blood in a glass, straight from her wrist. She shakes her head a bit, and Klaus chuckles. 'You should get used to it love, it's been years now' he says. She smiles a bit. 'Yeah I know. Anyway dad, I'm gonna go back to the Salvatore school tomorrow' she states. He looks at her. 'So soon?' he asks. 'Yeah, there have been some problems between the wolves and the witches, I've gotta go and check out what's going on' she says and Klaus nods. 'Alright' he says. Caroline walks in, holding a blood bag. Klaus looks at her and then at Hope, tilting his head in some direction, like asking Hope to leave. Hope nods and looks at Caroline. 'I'm gonna go and visit um, Cami' she says and shrugs, just to have an excuse to leave. 'Okay' Caroline answers quietly, and Klaus follows with a nod. Klaus looks at Caroline, and he goes to talk. 'You know, I'm gonna go and have a walk in the quarter' Caroline says, to avoid talking to him. 'Caroline, you will have to talk to me, sooner or later' he says and she looks at him. 'I know' she says and looks at him. 'Let's go on that walk together, shall we?' He asks and she looks at him and hesitates answering, but ends up nodding as a response. 'Let me grab a jacket' he says and he vamps upstairs. 'You don't need a ja-' she says but he's already upstairs. A couple of minutes later, he goes downstairs again. 'Where's the jacket?' she asks and looks at him. 'I decided not to take one' he says and he starts walking out of the compound. She follows him, throwing away the empty blood bag on her way. They start walking side by side around the quarter. Someone would say that the king of the quarter, took out the queen for a walk. Looking like royals, serious, though everyone could find a spark of their love around, the way they're looking at each other, or the way they walk side by side, their steps in motion, they are just perfect. Caroline, tries to make him think she's still mad at him, but they both know she is not. They walk around the quarter, music coming from everywhere, and artists, either painting, or playing an instrument. They stop walking, and they look at an artist, drawing. 'I still don't get how you know so many stuff about this' she says and chuckles. 'Being around for a thousand years, has its perks' he responds. 'I never really understood art' she says and he smiles a bit. 'I know' he says. 'Like, why did he just make that part of the drawing so dark, when the other one is light and full of colours?' she asks with a raised eyebrow.

Before Klaus gets the chance to answer, a voice behind him does it for him. 'It's because the artist wants to show, that even if everything seems good, happy, full of colours, there's always something in the darkness, something bad that it's going to happen' Camille says and Klaus with Caroline turn around, to look at her. 'Camille' he says and he smiles a little bit. 'That's right, she's right' he says and points at Camille with his hand. 'Yeah' Caroline says. 'Unlike you, I do understand art, just like Klaus' she says and her lips form a little smirk, as she looks at Caroline. Klaus chuckles, to avoid the conflict he sees coming, between Camille and Caroline. 'Oh is that so, well I don't understand art, is that a problem Klaus?' Caroline says and looks at him, kinda pissed. 'It isn't a problem Caroline, calm down.' 'Anyway, Klaus, I've got some questions about the vampire problems we've been having, I'm the person who represents the human faction and I'd like to talk to you' she says. Caroline raises an eyebrow, her lips are pressed, being obvious that she is pissed, if not mad. Klaus noticing that, avoids to accept. 'I don't handle that kind of things you can talk with Marcel or my sister' he states. 'I know, but I want to discuss them with you' she says. Caroline folds her arms and looks at them. Klaus sighs. 'Fine, I'll pass by Rousseau's later' he says, knowing he just made Caroline more mad than she was.
