A Story And A Random Memory

So, I wrote something after coming up with a new character yesterday.

Also, once again a huge thank you to everyone for your kind words while I was stressing myself out.

Anyway, his name is Donovan Vasilus

Clinging to a distant history

A legacy and a legend

That has been long forgotten in the passage of time

But still he preserves his love in an illusion of madness

And so begins his journey through the shadows of this mansion's memories

Still not sure why, but it seemed to make sense at the time.

am I randomly just gonna remember that one time some random straight kid, fucking 2 years younger than me, says, "Why are you gay?"

I was an idiot child back then and couldn't make a good comeback and my only reply was just, "because I am."

And of course he PROCEEDS to ask me why I'm gay about 4 more times. I told him the same answer. 4 more times.

To which he then replies with "but would you date me?"

And I was like "no,"

In which he then goes "why not"

of course I respond with "cuz I'm fucking gay! I literally just told you that"

and he then goes on another round of "BUT WHY THO"

and we argued about it for like 5 to 10 minutes

and then at one point

Had the AUDACITY

to fucking say this

"Bet I could change your mind"

And now he has no idea I'm pan and identify as they/them.

But that doesn't matter

because he's a cocky homophobic transphobic bitch

and I am not only none of his business

Also, he had the nerve to tell me I looked better without glasses.

Like, I fucking need those to see
