Peyton woke up first and went to go look for her father but realized that he was gone. So she went into the room that Toni was sleeping in and tried to wake her up.
"Auntie," Peyton said gently shaking her. Toni was sleeping on her back so Peyton sat in it and lifted up her eyelids.
"Auntie, daddy not here and I hungry."
"That's nice," Toni mumbled pulling the covers over her face blocking it from the beaming sunlight. Peyton was getting upset because she wasn't waking up so she started jumping on the bed chanting,
"Auntie Toni wake up!"
"Ughh, go wake up your dad."
"Him not here," Peyton said sitting at the end of the bed. Toni felt around the bed and sure enough, he wasn't there. Then she spotted a note on the dresser, she picked it up and it read;

"Where did my daddy went?" Peyton said trying to read the note but she can't properly read yet so to her, the note didn't make any sense.
"He went for a jog, did you brush your teeth yet?"
"No, I can't touch the sink."
"Okay go get your toothbrush and toothpaste and meet me in the bathroom," Toni told Peyton. Once she left Toni went into the bathroom to wash her face and brush her teeth.
"I got them, auntie," Peyton said walking into the bathroom. Toni set her on the sink and put toothpaste on her toothbrush and handed it to her.
"Do you know how to brush your teeth?"
"Yes but I wan you to brush me," Peyton said giving Toni her toothbrush. Toni smiled and brushed her teeth.
"Don't eat the toothpaste, Pey."
"Why not? It taste like candy."
"Even if it tastes like candy it will hurt your tummy," Toni explained to her.
"Okay, I won't eat it again," Peyton said proudly.
"Good."

They were eating breakfast when Kenny walked in all sweaty from his morning jog.
"Hi, daddy."
"Hi princess." He was going to give her a hug when she backed away.
"Nuh-uh, no huggies for you. You too sweaty." Peyton said making Toni chuckle.
"Oh, you think this is funny?" Kenny questioned moving closer to Toni.
"Ken don't."
"Don't what?" Kenny hugged her covering Toni in all his sweat.
"Kenneth Brian Edmonds, I'm going to kill you!" Toni shouted getting up from the chair.
"Uh oh, daddy you better run," Peyton warned him.

They took Peyton to soundcheck with them and she was just playing games on Kenny's phone while they practiced.

After 2 hours of practicing, they finally finished soundcheck. They went to the hotel to get ready for their show tonight.

"Yes thank god for Towanda and Babyface," Toni repeated with a chuckle looking into Kenny's eyes as they stood 7 feet apart from each other. She quickly broke eye contact feeling that tingling sensation between her legs. (👀)
