'Hello world, hope you're listening.

Forgive me if I'm young, for speaking out of turn.

There's someone I've been missing, I think that they could be, the better half of me.'

The familiar voice rang through my ears as my eyes slowly opened, trying to adjust to how bright it is.

'They're in the in the wrong place trying to make it right, but I'm tired of justifying.

So I say to you, come home, come home.

'Cause I've been waiting for you, for so long, for so long.

And right now there's a war between the vanities, but all I see is you and me.'

I blinked a few times, noticing the familiar bird houses and bird feeders in the tree above me.

The fight for you is all I've ever known, so come home, oooh'

That's when I shot up from my spot looking around, hearing someone laugh beside me.

"Ryn, calm down hun," Sadie laughs as I feel suddenly overwhelmed.

I must be dreaming, why am I seeing my dead ex-girlfriend.

"What's happening? Where am I?" I question, looking around to see that my childhood home was in the distance and I could see a tall figure walking into the house.

Dad.

"I like to say you're in the middle--- or something along those lines," Sadie trails off as I look confused.

"What do you mean Peanut?" I question her as she looks at me with her soft Sadie look that used to give me butterflies.

"Do you remember what happened?" she asks me, leaning back on her hands.

I shake my head no, unsure how I even got here.

"Think Ryn, think," Sadie tells me as I close my eyes and my hands unconsciously land on my stomach.

That's when everything comes rushing in.

'Both hands gripped the steering wheel as I drove home. The excitement of today made me feel this sort of high that had me floating home.

As I was crossing the intersection, I heard honking but that was too late.

I heard metal scraping against metal as I felt my body being flung in different ways.

Everything seemed loud as my horn wouldn't stop blaring, I was upside down and I could taste iron in my mouth.

I could feel Noah fluttering in my stomach, she wouldn't stop moving around and I closed my eyes, feeling the tears pouring down.

"Oh God, no. If there's someone out there, anyone out there, please hear me," I cried as my heart was pounding.

I started to cough, blood coming up as my vision was going blurry.

"Please God, don't let this be the end," I cried once more as I felt Noah stop moving in my stomach and my chest grow tight before everything went black.'

I shake my head, looking down at my stomach that was just flat and I felt panicked.

"Sadie, why am I here?" I questioned, afraid of the answer.

"My answers is as good as yours, why are we here Aryn?" Sadie questions me.

I feel my eyes furrow as I felt like something was missing from me.
