Drugs. Drugs. Drugs.
They are manipulative little f-ckers that grabs you by the balls and makes you their b-tch.
That's me, my pills have made me their b-tch and honestly I'm ashamed to admit it.
It's been a few weeks since my little episode with my mom and I'm not too sure what Alex and Kelley told her that night but she's been trying actually. We've been hanging out more and it's something I'm still getting use to. Yet we are getting a little somewhere and that's all I can ask for.
Partly, I thank the drugs for helping me because it's made everything a little more bearable and it has caused me to not act out on my anger. Which I know is bad but it's not like I'm addicted right? I can stop at any time.
"Your aunts are out side! You ready?" Mom questions me while I grab my backpack and duffle bag.
Today we are driving to Tampa to go join the rest of the USWNT for camp and in one week I have this huge concert in Tampa. Which is an opportunity for me to get a scholarship to some big performing arts schools.
The thing is my mom doesn't know that I actually play the piano and that I was invited to perform at this concert along with 10 other high schoolers that made it.
Why haven't I told her? I don't know actually... I feel like I'm not living up to the daughter she always wanted which makes me feel a bit embarrassed being more into arts than sports.
"Ready Momma," I tell her as I walk outside towards the couples car.
"Auntie Alex!" I yell while she smiles at me before opening the trunk of the car.
"Mom is getting the rest of her closet so she should be out in a few." She looks at her trunk that was already full before looking at me.
"Good luck fitting everything." I tell her before laughing and getting in the car.
"Oh God help us now, Auntie Alex is letting you drive?" I question Kelley who throws me a glare.
"You're lucky I like you." She tells me while I give her a cheeky smile.
"You love me duh!"
"You're annoying."
"I get it from you," I snap as we begin to laugh together.
Mom and Alex finally get in the car and instantly I lean my head against moms shoulder before closing my eyes and taking a nap.
______
"Look there's Sonny! Ima touch her with the car!" Kelley yells as she speeds up towards Emily who was crossing the parking lot.
"Kelley." Alex says in her scary voice which she instantly slows down as we stare at Emily who is just standing in the middle of the road staring at the car.
"MOOOVEE!" Kelley yells as she honks her horn causing Emily to flinch while Rose pushes her out the way.
We finally park and we begin to unpack the car, I grab my backpack and duffle before grabbing one of moms many bags to help her.
After getting our room assignments, it turns out I'm with Julie and I love being around Julie. She makes me feel warm and not everyone can do that but Julie does very easily.
"What room are you in?" Mom questions me as we head up the elevator.
"407 with Julie."
"Okay baby, I'm in 421 if you need anything." She kisses my forehead before she walks towards the left and I head towards the right.
Walking into 407, the bed closes to the door was taken already so I throw my things on the other bed before laying on Julie's bed.
