After fighting the witches, we immediately evacuated the area. I know for sure that the whole kingdom of Lenore, especially the witches, have come to know already my exhibition awhile ago.
"That was impressive. I thought for a second that you'll not stand a chance against those witches.." Fabian said, amazement is evident on his tone.
I'm still guilty to what I did to the witches' magic power though. I don't have the right to strip their magic out of them, but it's the only way to not let them hurt other people again with their black magic.
I looked at Fabian with guilty
expression and sighed. "Are you still thinking about what you did to them?" He asked and I nodded about the obvious.
"Yeah, I don't have the right to strip their magic power from them, but there was no other way to stop them.. at least at that moment.." I answered him. He sighed before engulfing me into an embrace. He then caressed my back in a comforting way, making me lean on to his chest and sniff his natural ocean-y scent to calm my nerves and stayed in that position for a little while.
"Don't be, you did what was right to be done.." he assured me and I just simply nodded. I sighed because even though he supported what I did and thought that it was for the better, the guilt inside me is still killing me.
"Stop that. I know that you are still thinking about it. Just let it go and move on.." Fabian softly whispered, only for me to hear. I nodded yet again on our embrace and after a while, and even though it was hard for me, I detached myself from his tight and comfortable embrace.
"Thank you.." I told him to which he gave me a beaming smile.
"You're always welcome, little hamster.." He replied teasingly. I rolled my eyes because of the endearment. That moment, my worries faded because of his sudden remark.
"Whatever, monkey.." I teased back. We both laughed at our silliness and teased each other for the nth time.
"So, are we going to continue our journey to your next challenge of the quest, or should we take a break for a while?" He suggested and I smiled to the latter. It actually sounds good to have a break and relax, even for just a little bit, to calm our nerves.
"I think we should relax at least for a little while and have some time for ourselves before proceeding to our next destination. It's kind of depressing doing it without a break.." I answered and he smiled in reply.
I don't know why, but the thought of a little break excites me to the roof.

It was really amazing having some relaxation time before doing some serious actions to loosen up your worries and concerns, just like this afternoon. Fabian, all of his crew, and I, stopped at a secret island in the middle of nowhere, having some fun and relaxing. Fabian's other crew are on the beach, swimming, while some are preparing and cooking our meal. While everybody is busy, Fabian and I decided to engulf ourselves in the comfort of our little tent.
"It's really nice here, don't you think?" Fabian asked out of nowhere while his eyes are closed.
"Yeah, it is.." I replied to him. I sat up from my laying position and was about to exit the tent when Fabian stopped me by holding my right wrist.
"Where are you going?" He asked, his eyes are still closed. I don't know how he did manage to find my wrist despite his eyes being closed, but it was cool.
"I'm going to help your crew prepare food for us.." I answered him. He let go of my hands without saying anything and I pecked his left cheek before finally exiting the tent.
