chapter two

Brynn came just back in time before Mr. Rothman sent everyone to their next class. She gave the admission slip, packed up her things, and left.

Mrs. Sanford's class is the only class Brynn and Casey shared. Brynn figured that this time would be a great opportunity to talk to Casey. Casey, never brought her phone out in class, afraid of getting caught. Getting caught, on the other hand, is one of the things Brynn isn't afraid of. This is one the reasons why some people wonder why these two actually click.

Surprisingly, Brynn was the earliest to enter Mrs. Sanford's class.

"Well, you're here early. Finally found the reason why my subject is the most significant amongst all?" Mrs. Sandford spoke, as she erased the board. Mrs. Sanford teaches trigonometry, one of the best sleeping class, as Brynn would call it.

"Oh, Ms. Sandford, you flatter yourself too much. Do me a favor and lessen it?" Brynn smiled. She never liked this teacher, simply because she has an extreme hatred towards her.

"Who wont flatter who too much?" Casey came in the room, walking towards Brynn. She got the nearest chair beside her and sat down.

"Guess what?" Brynn shook her so hard, her bones might have deattached.

"What?"

"5SOS are coming here on May 20th, 2015," she excitedly announced to her best friend.

"Shut up, Brynn," she looked annoyed. Brynn gave her a confused look, and so did she. Brynn opened her twitter, and showed her the latest tweet of the band account.

"Lower it down, the little monster might see," she teased. She tilted her head and body a little towards her friend to get a better view of her phone.

"You see," Brynn moving her phone nearer to Casey.

"Oh my gosh!" she screamed under her hand. "I'm excited! You are a bigger fan compared to me, so I don't know how excited you are!"

"What is all the noise about?" scolded by their teacher. Brynn didn't even bother to apologize nor look at her. Although, she can see their teacher looking towards their direction and more students entering the classroom in her peripheral view.

"Nothing. We're sorry," Casey apologized in behalf of the two.

Brynn rolled her eyes and continued scrolling her phone. Casey decided to use her phone too, and so the two girls remained silent on their phone.

"We need to do something," Brynn breaking the silence between the two, causing Casey to look up from her phone and stare back at Brynn.

"What do you mean, 'we have to do something'?" she gave her friend a questioning look. It was evident from her face that she had no idea what her friend was talking about.

"I can already tell that our par-" Brynn rolled her eyes, "at least my parents, wont spare us some money for the concert," she explained.

"Ahh, yeah I should have seen that coming. What could we do?" she asked. Even Brynn does not even know what to do.

"I mean, I could beg for money. Run across the hallway holding a box for donation," she suggested. Brynn couldn't figure if she was joking or she meant it.

"No! That's would be way too embarrassing," Brynn confessed.

"Well, then what do we do?"

The two friends sat in silence trying to figure what they could do.

"You know? I think it's time for us to work," Casey suggested. "Is that okay for you?"

"Yeah, I mean I've waited for this for so long, Case. For so long!"
