"H-Hindi kita maintindihan..." naguguluhang sabi ko kay Kyle habang nasa harap ko siya at pabalik balik na naglalakad.

The address he gave was his condo unit, hindi pa ako sigurado kung dapat nga ba akong pumunta lalo na ngayon at sinasabi niya sa akin ito.

"Talagang pinatay ang mga magulang namin?" ulit ko pa.

"Yes Aio. That's true. Hindi iyon hinala lang ng Ate mo."

"At ang pumatay?" I gasp and looked away. I sighed as I turn my almost teary eye to him, "Buenavides?"

My heart doubled its paced as I find a way to breathe more.

"Penrose believed that. Or atleast they let them believe she believed that."

"Believe what?"

Kyle stopped walking like a stressed man and look at me.

"Na ang Buenavides ang pumatay kahit hindi naman."

Napapikit ako at napailing. My heart raced erratically.

"Major General Paul Buenavides? Retired AFP, iyon lang ang alam ko. Anong kinalaman niya sa pagpatay sa mgaulang namin o bakit nasasangkot siya dito?"

"Aio..."

"Sabihin mo na sa akin lahat..." I plead.

He licked his lips, "Your real father, Ricardo Macimilian was a drug dealer." My eyes widen. He stops and lean on the table to talked better, "He has no interest in their business that;s why Oliverio Macimilian took care of it."

"And?"

"Oliverio knows that Ricardo is dealing with drugs, and also using it himself. He was addicted..."

So, my biological father is an addict? I bit my lips and nodded.

"There was one night that he was transacting with other groups. Other illegal group, mafia or whatever that also dealing with drugs. Siya ang dealer, your father. Paul Buenavides was on the scene. Nagpapanggap na kaanib ng kabilang grupo. But he's actually undercover."

Napakunot ang noo ko ng umiling siya.

I sighed and sat straight.

"Bakit sila ang sinisisi?" tumaas ng bahagya ang boses ko at nakita ko ang gulat sa kaniya. "Kung hindi sila ang pumatay bakit sila ang pinagbubuntunan ni Ate Penrose?"

"Oliverio wanted revenge. Dahil nag undercover si Paul Buenavides ay tingin ni Oliverio ay kasalanan ni Paul ang lahat. Nalaman iyon ni Oliverio ng makatakas si Ricardo ng gabing iyon. They never expected that the other group with kill your family. And Oliverio solely thinks that all of it was because of Paul Buenavides."

I sighed. Slowly hitching my breath.

"That's absurd."

"Ang that's not the end of it."

"Anong ibig mong sabihin?"

He looks on his watched and sighed.

"By now, nasa Siraya na ang Ate mo. She'll probably continue the plan."
