Chapter Fifteen

News update: the doors are still locked as well as the windows, which is border line abusive because this house is a literal sauna. I had retreated to the kitchen and sat by the open fridge with Kai's top tucked into my bra so that my stomach was on show, i had debated cutting it but that was effort.

"If you want to walk around naked i wont judge." Kai sauntered into the kitchen wearing at least two layers, there was something wrong with him honestly. I could get over the fact that he was a sociopath but this was just insanity.

"I'm seriously debating don't tempt me." I huffed leaning closer to the fridge, he looked beyond excited and i was to hot to even care. 

"How can you wear so many layers!" I finally snapped and he just smiled turning away.

"If you wanted to see me naked, i would happily comply." I would like to see that, but would i ever admit that? Hell no. The fridge wasn't working at all so i had to go to my last resort. As silently as i could i removed kai's top leaving me in my bra then the shorts and it was some what a relief. I'd say i was very confident in my body and considering we were the only people in this world its not like someone could walk in. 

And kai well he's seen it before, my memories for example and the four months he was stalking us? I'm sure he got a peek.

"Oh my... Azalea." I lifted my head up to see him staring at me, oh did he think i wasn't serious. Oops.

"What no nickname anymore babe?" I teased, aw he was flustered. Payback time. I stepped up from my chair and walked so there was only inches between us. I trailed my hand up his chest bringing my finger down his stomach before whispering softly into his ear.

"What was it you were saying earlier? You trailed kisses down my body until i was speechless?" I kissed his neck smirking as he tensed before pulling back and smirking at him on show.

"You cant just walk around like that. Its not fair on me." He gestured to my body finally speaking up, his eyes slowly roamed down so i placed my hand on his chin bringing him back to eye level.

"All bark and no bite, what was it you said? Your all talk to start then i get the tiniest bit close to you and you squirm? Yes that was it." I chuckled moving away from him victoriously until i was turned into the prey. The look in his eye did make me uneasy, they were darker staring at my eyes. Now i realise my mistake. What was i thinking?! Walking around in underwear that's a no no.

I was boxed in, he had pushed me to the island in the centre of the kitchen with his arms either side and i didn't know what to say. I liked it but i would not say that. I did feel out of my league though, i was barren before him and he was fully clothes and i thought i had the upper hand? No it should be the other way around. 

"Your playing a dangerous game babe." He looked down at me with a smirk as i searched my brain for something to say. He was gaining his confidence back and that was not good for moi. Just as i went to open my mouth his lips latched to my neck and i was dumbfounded again. 

"What's that?" He teased nibbling on my skin, i bit back any and all sounds that wanted to come out before doing the one thing i could think of to get back the reigns.

"Why don't we take this to the bedroom?" I sounded like a pro level seductress layering honey along my words and he froze. Perfect! He backed up slightly looking at my expression enough for me to grab my shirt and bolt up stairs.

"Azalea!" He yelled as i was dashing back to my room.

"You cant do that!" Kai whined shuffling on his feet as i reached the top of the stairs.

"I just did!" I retorted with a smirk pulling my clothes back on much to my dismay, they would have to do until i found a way to lock my bedroom door.

"You cant deny it forever!" He yelled up and i rose and eyebrow. I definitely could. But i don't think i wanted to and that right there is a problem.

"Find a magic source and ill think about it!" A little bit of motivation wouldn't hurt anyone, and its not like i had to even if he did find one because then we would be to focused on going home. Pulling on my bedroom window i decided it was time to go outside. But the fucker wouldn't budge it was adamant that i was to melt in this room.

An hour later i was a puddle of useless witch and witty remarks just lounging on my bed, kai was cooking and it smelt delicious unfortunately for me my legs had seized to care that i needed food and decided today was a sweat and sleep day.  

"Az were going out come down and bring extra clothes!" That had my legs moving, straight up and to the wardrobe where i pulled out and oversized band t-shirt and a cut up pair of kai's jeans that were now stylish short shorts. I practically raced down stairs beaming as i heard the door unlock. Kai held a couple bags as he gestured for me to go hop in the car which i did swiftly.

"Where are we going?" I asked buckling up with a bounce in my leg.

"Its a surprise." I should have guessed that, i was after all talking to the secret siphoner. After he placed all the bags in the trunk we were off heading to what could possibly be my grave but that's fine because the breeze the car was giving me as kai drove was fabulous and worth death at the moment.
