The unit leaders, as well as Aeri and Jaemin, sat inside the media room with a phone in the center, waiting for the other line to answer.
As the screen appeared on line, Aeri's breath hitched for a second, and Jaemin tapped her shoulder to calm her down.
[Lee Aeri]
Chan's voice echoed the other line.
[What's up?]
"The sky?"
Mark snorted, causing Johnny to hit the back of his head.
Chan also laughed.
[Okay, you got me on that.]
"You want the dia back, do you?"
A pause from the other line caused silence until he replied.
[I'll allow you until 7 p.m. No more dirty tricks.]
"Is that all?"
[Is that all? Hmm, let me see.]
"The audacity to think" Mark mumbled
"Shh!" Johnny quickly hushed him
[Okay, I want you to hand it to me.]
Aeri grinned. As expected.
"Fine, I'll bring one more member."
[Oh, yeah you can.]
"What else?"
[I'll only take that]
"Fine, then see you."
[Pleasure]
Chan dropped the call, and the boys cleared their throats.
"I'm taking Johnny with me."
Johnny just nodded and said, "Well, the plan totally worked out."
"I told you I'm their primary target. Should we head out now? It's 6:15."
Doyoung handed the dia to her with a proud smile. "Good luck, boss."
Aeri just smiled in response and turned to Jaemin. "You're not going to lock me in a room, would you?"
The said boy just sighed and shook his head. "I'll wait for you here, okay? Remember no bloody fights."
"I know.. it's not a part of the plan." She then placed a peck on his cheek and walked out of the room.
"Someone's in love~" Mark sang while wiggling his brows, and the blue-haired man just rolled his eyes.
