"I'm warning you Hermione, if that bloody beast of yours comes near Scabbers again, I'll turn him into a bloody tea cozy." Ron snapped at our frizzy heard friend, glaring at her cat as he clutched his rat to his chest.
It had been a couple days since I had arrived and Ron and Hermione were once again arguing over Crookshanks and Scabbers. We'd be heading to the platform in a couple hours and I was very bored.
I was sat at a table, my book in my hand, listening to the ridiculous comments being shot around...for the thousandth to time.
"He's a cat Ron, what do you expect, it's in his nature." Hermione shot back.
"A cat, is that what they told you? Looks more like a pig with hair." Ron spat.
That was when I spotted the figure stood at the top of the stairs, smile at the sight of our friends as he walk down the steps.
"That's rich coming from the owner of that smelly old toilet brush." Hermione remarked, making me laugh a little, my eyes still locked on the smiling boy.
"It's all right Crookshanks, just ignore the silly little boy." Hermione coped to her cat in a baby voice.
"Harry." Ron spoke in surprise.
"Harry." Hermione smiled kindly as she turned to Harry one the stairs, the boy who lived still hadn't quite noticing me, so I took this time to study his appearance.
Harry had definitely grown up over the summer. He was taller, slimmer, but not in a bad way. His hair, while still messy, was some what neater. His face had more shape to it, but he had lost his baby fat, so his glasses fit better and his smile...oh, his smile could make my heart in an instant.
In fact, it did.
The second his eyes met mine and his smile lit up as he leg go off Ron and Hermione and he rushed over.
"Rory!" He grinned. "You're here too?"
"Hey Potter." I smirked a little, using his last name, the way Draco Malfoy, Harry's arch nemesis, had done for the last two years. "Moony dropped me off a couple days, had to head out of town so here I am...."
"The honorary Weasley." Fred Joked as he and his twin wondered over, placing their arms over my shoulder.
"She wishes she was this cool." George spoke.
"Oh, absolutely, it's all I've ever wanted." I rolled my eyes and moving to stand beside Harry who was laughing quietly. "Go away you twits, I'm talking into Harry."
"Oh, what's new." Fred rolled his eyes, looking at his brother.
"If she isn't talking to him, she talking about him..." George continued.
"When's Harry coming?..." Fred spoke.
"I wonder if he's grow any..." George added.
"Still handsome I bet..." Ron Spoke up
"And funny..." Ginny spoke with a giggle.
"And ever so dreamy." Both the twins sighed dreamily, resting their heads against eat others, smirking at my blush.
"Non of those words have left my mouth, at all, I've mentioned Harry twice." I huffed, glaring at the four Weasleys who were all laughing at my flustered state while Harry just stood watching in amusement.
"Yeah, twice a minute since you got here." Percy added, shocking every one of the Weasley's at the fact he had made an actual joke...and a somewhat funny one at that.
I took advantage of the Weasley's attention on their older brother and I very quickly smiled at Harry and rushed away to my room, needing to get away from the teasing.
