Chapter 2: The Rescue Mission ✔✔

"Aroura Lily Lupin-Black, you're not leaving this house!" My dad called as I ran after the group, everyone stopped as I turned around to look at my father.

Today, a group of the Order members were going to get Harry and bring him here before the hearing Dumbledore had arranged and I, of course, was allowed to go an fetch him from his prison at privet drive, Mad-eye agreed, as long as my dad agreed.

"But daddy..." I began but was cut off by his smirk.

"But no!"

"REMUS, TELL YOUR HUSBAND TO STOP BEING UNREASONABLE!!!" I yelled, looking at Remus who turned a bright red as the group behind me began snickering quickly.

"You know we're not married right?" Remus asked.

"Yet, Moony, you're not married YET." I smirked, winking at him, making my dad let out a laugh and Remus blush deeper.

"OK, stop teasing my boyfriend and go to the other kids, you can see Harry when he gets here." Dad laughed, wrapping an arm around Remus.

"Daddy, please." I pouted using my best puppy dog eyes, but apparently my dad was to clever for that because he closed his eyes and turned to Remus.

"NO, REMUS, DON'T LOOK!!! IT'S THE PUPPY EYES!"

"Stay strong Pads, the pup has nothing on you." Remus joked as he covered my dad's eyes.

I heard Tonks laugh behind me so I turned and grinned, winking at her.

"OK, last attempt." I whispered to her before turning to my dad and looked at him.

"My two wonderful dads who I love dearly, who want to protect me and keep me safe. Please, please please, can I go get Harry?" I begged. "I promise, I will stay by Tonks side, I will not be in any danger, I will be good, I swear."

Silence...

Ok, time to pull out the big guns... Moody said my dad had to agree... he never said which one.

"Daddy, please?" I asked, my bottom lip quivered a little as my teary eyes bore into Remus's.

"OK." Remus nodded, a dreamy look in his eyes, making me cheer quickly and rush off to Tonks, high fiving her.

"REMUS!" My dad yelled, removing the hands from his face and looking at his boyfriend.

"I... what... what just happened?" Remus asked as he finally came to, watching as I rushed over to Tonks and Moody.

"You fell victim to the old 'Daddy please' and sad eyes, that's what." dad sighed disappointedly at him, looking over at me as I smiled wide and ran over.

"Thank you dad, I swear I'll be good. I love you." I grinned hugging Remus tightly. "You too dad." I smiled as I moved on to my dad.

"You... you called me dad?" Remus asked, looking down at me, tears in his eyes, a slight look of shock on his face also.

"I sure did dad." I grinned happily

"Rory, let's go!" Tonks called, holding out my broom. (I looked it up and you don't need to be of age to ride a broom outside of school.)

"Later losers!" I cheered as I ran over to my cousin who laughed.

"She is definitely your daughter." Remus rolled his eyes, looking at my dad who I saw watching me.

"That she is." He grinned proudly, shooting me a wink as I turned to go.

The flight to Privet drive, Surry, wasn't as long as I thought it would be. We had already managed to get rid of the muggles that lived there... sent them of to a garden show or something, Tonk explained it, but I wasn't to all that bothered by it.
