"I'm fine, just leave me alone"

her words pierced us to the core as we moved toward the forest, an area we have never considered searching before.

Seb's howl echoing outing her voice filled his ears too, which only meant we were headed in the right direction. The moment she opened her link it allowed us to feel different parts of her senses and get a better reading when we combined what each of us felt narrowing it down.

Something around her felt dark, cold, and wet. At first, I groaned thinking something else quickly realizing that wasn't the case in this scenario, I grunted to myself keeping my thought clear and focusing on what I was doing.

She had wanted time, time to think, time to be free of all this and after one night a full day, I figured she should have had her fill now. More then enough time for her to stew and clear her head or it would have to be, because when we found her, oh!! Gods! what we were going to give her for worrying us to death, well if we could die again that was.

My brothers kept their pace as a pack of our own kind we were a force to be dealt with, filling me with a little pride, something I never thought I'd feel again.

This time it was for the most important reason that we suited up again. I relished at this moment because who knows if we would get it again.

perhaps we would all grow old as parents and grandparents or we wold dies in combat either way time was fleeting fast even now and this moment might be our last as brothers fighting and going after what was ours, saving her one more time.

I dashed even faster, harder as the trees whipped past. feeling the air rush my face, through my hair as I leaped each branch until the trees became more scattered then coming to an end, now the cliff side we tricky to maneuver, shire drops came out of know where.

Luckily for me, I could fly, hover anyway.

Linking the others about the sudden drops allowed them to move around the cliff, keeping their progress from slipping.

I leaped, each new cliff as they appeared knowing that Simoes had my powers I knew that she was able to easily fly over these too. as for Ellen, it must have taken her a little longer to figure our or unless she had her own magic to get past these, either way, I was grateful that she was willing to do whatever it took to stay with Simoes.

But I wanted to get to her more, needing to find her and take her in my arms apologize for the first time in my existence about keeping such stupid things from her. I never want her to feel she wasn't trusted or could trust me or any of us. She was capable of handling anything but some things are better handled in small portions and finding out her mother was alive now but not found left no room for easiness in how we would tell her.

a very sensitive subject.

The mountainside came at me as I stopped my pace and stood at its base, looking up it was a massive side to our territory we should have claimed but the spell boundary made it a bit more difficult to maneuver around such large terrain.

standing there it was getting darker out the sun had already begun to fade as we closed the distance between her and us, I felt it.

I could feel her near even if she was blocking us I knew what just the air alone felt like when she was near. I savored it smelling the air feeling in what direction I should go when I saw it.

The flicker of fire in the distance a little to the right and forward on a while more. I knew that it had to be where she was, who else.

I grinned knowing I was almost there that I would have the upper hand getting to her first. Peter, Nick, and the rest had taken a different path searching their own areas as I took the higher ground.
