99! treaties overrated!

it has been two days now since we began speaking on a truce. Luka and Seb had discussed boundaries for each of the packs that of course would always work together even if they crossed borders but we would always respect each other's side and rules. 

Most of which were the same, there were a few different rules for the north to consider, As we now the southern region also had implemented.  Since no one really knew where our location was hidden. But in time we would reveal that information as we felt it was safe to do so. Also promising to add a felid of protection over the North region for the same reason we had ours. allowing a bridge we could form using magic to get across in less time than it was taking by traveling. this we only our packs could connect this way. Everyone else "outsiders" would have to wander into our "zoned areas" questioned and kept to ensure who they were before we could ever trust them. 

After all, there were still rouge wolves and vampires that we weren't certain of their loyalties, yet. 

The boys all conversed among themselves for a while as Raven and I removed ourselves to check on our kids from time to time, with guards escorts. 

None of us had rested at all in these few days. Not even me I wanted to be present in all the workings of the agreement not missing anything as it was being created, River had been called in to review and add her comments regarding the rules of witches for us as she was the peacekeeper between the two worlds. Raven and I agreed and allowed whatever magic we had to bond the link and agreement the moment we had it all ready, but we hadn't reached all the acquired agreements yet. 

Up next was the Alpha status and Beta's, I of course was a luna so there could only be one. wolf laws were different from Vampires so it was being to take its toll. 

"Luka, sharing Alpha status isn't the issue but as we both know I was born into the right, which means that my mate is LUNA. I mean no disrespect to Raven but she isn't even a wolf to fight for the right to become luna, Simoes is a hybrid mixed with all three I don't even know how that would fair out"  Sebastian debated. 

"Brother, I hear you but if we are both Alphas then we need to come up with an alternative, I can't just step down as Beta under you it would cause an uproar in the pack, a challenge would bet set and we would both be challenged or have to fight each other." 

I sighed, thinking things over as I listened to both sides. 

"What what if there is a sub Alpha or luna can you do that" 

"There is no such thing, the pack are broken down between there Alphas and luna's, in theory, we can have two luna's but your birth and the hybrid make it disrespectful to challenge or question your rightful lead as luna" Sebastian informed me

"But am I not only luna because I'm your mate, not because I'm a hybrid. I mean in truth I'm what I am not because of my bond to all of you" 

"yes, but" 

"no wait she has a point, your transformation was because you mated the Vampires and Seb, but you were born a Vampire witch correct," Luka asked

"yes, from what I know now" 

"Okay, so my mate is witch only, her bond to me makes her the luna of our pack as well, but in theory, I was Beta to Seb, so she is only an omega in a sense." 

"what are you getting at" Seb questioned 

"I mean, it's our status to each other the makes our mates what they are, so we change that only we can right" 

"Her hybrid nature, "wolf" won't just alone a second luna or at least not that I believe" Seb answered

"has Raven changed," I asked
