Ch 101 Spar!

The day finally arrived, Training Day!! 

We had been training for the last week our bodies seemed to heal fast, but our egos only seemed to grow larger. Although my opponent was the ALPHA Rogue wolf/vampire hybrid. 

I was surprisingly a good match for her. My powers surpassed hers but that didn't mean she was weak in fact that was quite the opposite. 

She had laid me on my ass, the first 3 days. Mad I could only shake it off and get back on my feet and do it again and again until I could no longer get up. 

The guys all watched our mates linking us as they would informing us of what to do, or at least Luka was, I could hear him growling his wolf literally wanting to rip from his skin and defined me every time she laid me out. 

Panting, I laid on the ground for what seemed the last time and for twice as long as I had before. 

I could hear him grumble pacing back and forth as the others stilled watching and a little worried. Simoes kneeled over bracing her stand on her knees her breaths just as heavy as mine. 

I couldn't think, I couldn't breathe I was out of breath this time I hit the mat so hard it jolted the very breath from me but I didn't want to just take it and stay here. I tried lifting my head and for the first moment, It felt like bricks tons of them holding me to the ground. 

AHHH! I growled trying to get up rolling myself over caughting let out what breath I had, gasping for more. my mate almost leaping upon the mats to grab me. My hand coming out stopping him in his tracks. His Growl very present, but his self-control honorable. 

"BABY, GET UP! Tell me your okay, tell me you don't need me" he linked

"I'm fine" I voiced getting to my knees. 

HHHMMMMM!!!! his scoffed running his hair in his hands. 

For wolves, it was hard to see their mate in a fight, let alone watching them get their asses kicked. 

Simoes wasn't going easy because she was teaching me, and that's what I had asked her to do, outside the boys know-hows I wanted to learn her way of fighting, I needed to know how a woman could overtake a beast of a man or vampire. Because if you could take them down then another woman was the least of your worries. 

I still had no intention to harm her or our pack we formed but If we were both to be suitable Alpha's then we both needed to hold our own. and if I kept losing then I wouldn't be seen as good enough and beta wouldn't even be a possibility for me. I'd be damn if omega was going to be my roll. 

again I got up staggering a moment before finding my footing. 

"AGAIN," I said  

She looked up at me sighing taking a breath lacing at her mates only to have them nod yes! at her. 

"Raven, if you can't win at least once in two more days" she began 

"I know, and it will be my own doing so AGAIN" I commanded. 

I wanted this, I wanted to be her equal now more than anything, the fate of my mate and I and even my pups were at stake something that wasn't meant to happen but was happening, I guess it could only be seen as karma. 

I could knock her on her ass with magic but we said we'd keep the magic out of the fighting practice but it seems like I might not be able to after all. 

"Simoes," I said glancing at her showing her my hands as a blue flame took form. 

her brow rose and for a moment she waited but I wasn't going to use it unless she was prepared to take them.
