Summer of love - The Fresh & Onlys

"What time is it?" I ask, my voice coming out raspier than I entered it to.
"It's 5.30 p.m." He answers and my eyes widen in shock which makes him laugh before patting my cheek and letting go of me to get up. "You should probably get changed, it's cold outside." He nods towards my simple outfit and I straighten myself up, glancing down as I slide my fingers through my hair in confusion. I don't know when I fell asleep but considering my state right now it must've been a while.
I take a moment before slowly crawling to the end of the bed and getting down to stand on my feet, looking up at him.
"Where are we going?" I ask and he swallows harshly, looking down at me with a look I don't recognise, biting on his lip before wetting them and ranking his hand through his hair out of habit, his adam's apple bobbing up and down when he swallows.
"Get dressed and you'll see." He perks an eyebrow up and smirks, I keep on looking at him for a few seconds before the corner of my lips tugs up in a grin and a chuckle escapes me.
"I- is it a date?" I dare to ask, my cheeks flushing pink and he puckers his lips to contain his grin, shrugging in an exaggerated manner before pointing to my closet and I huff, turning on my heels and walking in to put some real clothes on.
I start by the bathroom to splash cold water on my face in order to wake myself up, I look at my reflection and decide that I don't look that bad. I get in the closet and change out of my sweatpants and into a pair of black jeans, along with a sweater and a dark green bomber jacket, which is my warmest one. I slip my boots on and untuck my hair from the collar of my jacket to let it fall down my back. I quickly check my reflection before walking back out to see him sitting on my bed, looking at a polaroid picture that was still there. My eyes dart to further up the mattress behind him to see my journal that is closed, along with the box that is filled with other photos and I almost sigh in relief when I see that he hasn't noticed it yet. He looks over his shoulder at me before standing up as I walk closer, a grin forming on his lips. I notice him glancing out the glass doors and smiling.
"We should go, don't wanna lose daylight." He raises his eyebrows up and down and I narrow my eyes at him. But instead of grilling him about the destination I simply follow him as he walks out of my bedroom, I see him glancing at me over his shoulder with his famous smirk but I don't say anything.
We walk down the stairs and I walk inside Dev's office to see her yawn over her sketch table, she looks up at me, then behind me at Harry and back at me as she grins. I stand behind her and wrap my arms around her shoulders, propping the side of my head on her shoulder and looking at the side of her face.
"You need to take a break, go feed your plants or something." I mumble and she leans back against me with a sigh before nodding with a chuckle.
"Yeah I'll do that. Are you going somewhere or..?" She asks, her words trailing as she looks between me and Harry who is standing in the hallway and looking down at his phone. My chest warms up and I hum with a nod, looking down at her almost finished work in front of us.
"It's beautiful Dev..."
"I know but don't change the subject, where are you going?" She turns her face completely to face mine and I swallow harshly, still holding onto her as I look down and I shrug.
