Chapter 57 Getting Closer

(Ethiopian Wolves) Violet, Seiko, Finn

(Night Pride) Bailyo, Nirmala, Surak, Ullu

Violet felt her claw being forced not to strike down and Kiba smirked, "I knew you couldnt do it" Kiba stated as he bit on Violet paw forcing her to drop Kiba as she screamed in pain. Kiba ran away howling loudly signaling a retreat. Seiko and Finn ran to Violet to check on her as Kiba smirked evilly running away from the battle.

Kion and Fuli looked around and smiled as they saw the wolves were on the run, "WAIT DON'T!!!" Makucha shouted. Kion ran and saw some of Violet's wolves growl at Makucha, Kion jumps in front "He's a friendly" Kion explained, the wolves stood down, "Kion!!!" Kiara called as she tackled her brother. As she tackled Kion they rolled down the hill and bumped into Kopa and Kiara was on top of them. Kion and Kopa looked at each other and smiled and the others were reunting with the Night Pride.

"You guys came here" Bunga stated as he was talking with Bailyo, "Our new friends told us you were in trouble so we came all the way here to help" Bailyo explained. Bunga looked behind Bailyo and saw some wolves cleaning themselves. "Who are they?" Bunga asked, "My pack" Violet stated scaring Bunga. The Lion Guard and allies gathered around, "I'm violet, this is Seiko and Finn, and we're not like Kiba's wolves" Violet explained.

Kion got to the front, "Would love to do this but our Sabertooth friends are..." Kion was about to say. "Their safe Kion" Rani stated, Kion looked at Rani, "The wolves saved you"Kion assumed, Rani nodded yes. Kopa looked at Violet, "Why are you helping us? Is there something you want?" Kopa asked. Violet looked at Kopa, "I know where you are coming from and Kiba took something from us" Violet explained looking down. The others knew what she was talking about, "Sorry for your loss" Kion stated. Violet nodded, "Thanks but let's head back to the cave and regroup" Violet stated.

Seiko went to Violet, "What about the leopard?" Seiko asked, Violet looked at Seiko, "Kion saids he's a friend so he'll come with us" Violet answered as they all started to walk back to get to the Saber cave.

Zira stood at the edge of Pride Rock seeing Kiba's team return and half were injured, Kiba kneeled. "Where is Makucha?" Zira asked, "He is a traitor Zira" Kiba informed, Zira turned to look near the Pride Lands. "Position all your wolves now" Zira ordered, "All of them, but you said..." Kiba was about to say before Zira turned around and grabbed Kiba by the throat lifting him off the ground. "The situation has changed, I want my whole army out guarding Pride Rock, and If you won't do it, I will kill you and find someone who can" Zira explained dropping Kiba. Kiba coughed and looked up at Zira. "As you wish" Kiba replied running to get his whole army in place.

A Sabertooth and Wolf came to Zira, "All the Sabertooths we have are in position" The Sabertooth stated. Zira smiled and looked at the wolf, "I've increased secruity as you wanted we are now just waiting for Kiba's forces" The Wolf explained. Zira smiled at them, "Perfect, you two head back to your outpost and if anything changes alert me quickly" Zira ordered. The wolf and Sabertooth nodded as they went away.

Zira looked out to the cave, "you may of won the battle but we are winning the war Kion" Zira stated.

Everyone retuned to the cave, "Kion and the Lion Guard" Alex called, Kion smiled, "Nice to see you again Alex" Kion commented. Alex smiled and they saw the Sabertooths were healing, "Will they be fine?" Kion asked. Nirmala walked to Kion, "They need one night and they'll be ready" Nirmala answered. Kion turned to his friends and allies, "If any of you are hurt go see my friends Nirmala and Alex" Kion explained as the group split up. Kion looked and saw everyone was getting treatment, he saw Kiara and Kovu nuzzling, and Leo and Rani nuzzling, "Are you okay Kion?" Fuli asked.

Kion smiled looking at Fuli, "Was worried but I'm glad they made it" Kion stated, Leu and Meu with Skip went to Kion. "All we need to do is save your family" Leu stated, "And save Sabrina" Skip stated, "And take down Zira" Meu added. Kion nodded and looked around, "With all our new friends I have hope" Kion  stated.

Outside the Cave Violet stood thinking and watching Alex work, "That's not creepy at all" Seiko commented scaring Violet. "Don't sneak up on me like that" Violet smiled as Seiko sat beside her, "What's on your mind?" Seiko asked. Violet looked at Seiko, "Why couldnt I kill him?" Violet asked. Seiko looked at Violet, "You heistated and I say it's good you didnt kill him" Seiko stated. Violet looked at Seiko, "Not too long ago you were saying how you wanted to kill him" Violet recalled. "Recently I had to revaluate Violet, Killing a Killer is just resulting to what they did" Seiko stated.

"But we need justice for my father, for the old clan" Violet stated, Seiko looked at Violet, "Carreful Violet, don't get justice and vengeance mixed up" Seiko stated. Violet looked at Seiko, "Then what do I do?" Violet asked. Seiko looked at Violet, "You tell me, be decisive and do what you need to do to perservce and protect the clan" Seiko stated. Seiko got up, "And for someone who has fought animals three times her side, you still don't have enough bravery to asdmit your feelings" Seiko commented. Violet looked at Seiko, "It's different ok" Violet stated, Seiko smiled and walked away heading back inside.

Violet looked at Alex from a distance as he was helping some hyena's, "Why is this so hard to do?" Violet asked as she sat quietly under the stars.
