Hi. Okay, so this Laila from a year later when I am more EDUCATED and MATURE than I was when I wrote this book. I'm just going to get straight to the point. I recently noticed that in one of the chapters, I had written the r slur without knowing what it meant. I am truly sorry if I offended anyone by saying this. I was young and uneducated, but that still doesn't excuse what I wrote. I erased the word from the sentence. The chapter is still there, but the word isn't. Once again, I am so sorry if I made anyone upset. What I did was wrong, and I take full responsibility for it, because no matter how old I was, that person was still me, and I need to own up to that. I'm sorry.
