Chapter 14

Drei's POV

Mataman kong pinag mamasdan ang babaeng mahimbing ng natutulog sa aking tabi. Payapa narin ang kanyang paghinga at hindi na nanginginig nang gaya kanina.

Naikuyom nya ang kanyang mga kamao. What if wala sya roon. Ano ng mangyayari dito. He hated the scenes that came flashing in his mind as he recalls what happened earlier.

Nasa airport ako ng ma receive nya ang text nito. He smiled because that was the first time Maddy asked his permission and informed him about her whereabouts.

Hindi nya alam pero sobrang natuwa sya at napangiti dahil doon. He called Arturo bago pa man sya sumakay ng eroplano at sinabing sya na ang susundo sa asawa nya. Ewan ba nya pero he feels that he missed her. Tiniis nyang huwag itong kausapin ng dalawang linggo dahil nag aalangan baka kasi nagalit ito ng bigla nya itong halikan.

He hates the idea of her being angry to him. It was past 6 pm when he arrive at the airport and proceeded immediately in to Maddy's university kahit alam nyang maaga pa.

He waited almost 2 hours at the parking area kahit pa pagod na pagod sya sa haba ng byahe. He hates to admit but he badly missed his wife. Hindi nya alam kong kailan at paano nag simula pero he knew he was falling for her.

It was already 8 pm when he can't see any traces of her. May iilan na ring nakikita syang lumalakad palabas ng university pero hindi parin nya natatanaw ang asawa. He suddenly felt uneasy. Tila kinutuban sya ng masama.

He went out of the car and started to walk towards the school building. Hahanapin nya ang asawa nya, mabilis na bumangon ang inis nya rito dahil bakit tila ang tagal na mn nitong nakalabas.

Habang naglalakad sa madilim na parking lot na iyon ay may narinig na syang mahinang kaluskos. Hindi nya ito pinansin noong una at nagpatuloy Lang sa paglalakad. Not until he heared a woman scream.

Biglang tinakasan ng dugo ang mukha nya. He was very sure that it was Maddy's voice he hears.

Hinanap nya kung saan nanggaling ang boses na iyon. Masama na ang kutob nya, for the first time he felt scared. What if something bad happens to his wife.

Nakakailang hakbang pa lamang sya ng malinaw nyang narinig ang nakadudurog na hikbi at pagmamakaawa ni Maddy sa lalakeng kasalukuyang nakapatong ito. The man was forcing her to make out with him.

Biglang nagdilim ang paningin nya walang ano anoy hinablot nya ang lalake at buong lakas na inihagis. Agad nya itong pinaulanan ng suntok sa mukha. Galit na galit sya, lalo na nang makitang punit punit na ang pang itaas na damit ng asawa at nanginginig ito sa sobrang takot.

Nahinto lamang sya ng marinig ang pagtawag nito. Tila iyon isang malamig na kamay na humahaplos sa kayang puso. She looks so scared. Nanginginig na umiiyak ito habang nakaharap sa kanya. Pinipiga ang puso nya habang nakatitig dito. Kaya agad nya itong ikinulong sa mga bisig nya.

"How dare that man to touch my wife and attempting to molest her." He cursed inwardly.

He'll make sure that man will pay for it. No one is allowed to touch his wife except of him. He will get even to anyone who dares to lay his fingers to her.

He don't have a name yet on what he felt towards her. What he knew is that he is afraid of losing her and that this woman will be kept in his side as long as he lives.

He thinks that, sometimes the most beautiful thing is precisely the one that comes unexpectedly and unearned, hence something given truly as a present.     And yes he thinks , Maddy is a wonderful present, God had given him.

He wasnt exactly sure when it happened. Or even when it started. All he knew for sure was that right here and now, he was falling hard and he could only pray that she was feeling the same way.  But if not, he will do everything to make his wife fall for him.  He don't know much about love, he don't know how to express it either, his feelings towards her sometimes suffocattes him because he was maddly smitten and he can't breath of the soo many emotions he have been dealing the moment he knew, he liked her.

Right now he felt that loving sometimes, means being helpless because you can't do anything about it. If he is sure of one thing, he will kept his woman in his side and won't let things like this happen again.

He can't afford seeing her getting hurt again. It's unbearable and it breaks him apart. Whoo, he has no idea na ganito pa lng ang pakiramdam ng nagmamahal. For the past years, he only thinks about himself. He despises women like her, who seem to hunt successful men. But it was really odd that he fall for the likes of her.

Maybe it was her beautiful face, her uniquea and genuine smile. Her aura that makes her even more attractive or is it her sweet and delicate lips which tasted like heaven. The sweetest lips he ever tasted.

He adore this woman in his arms. He loves everything about her. And he'll swear that bastard will pay for what he did. He will skinned him alive for messing up with him.
