At the school~~~~
"Oh, that Litten! You met it?" Gino asked.
"You know it?" Ash asked back.
"Of course! I met it at the Pokemart one time. Apparently it comes up to you and asks for food like this. When it does that, it's just so cute!" Gino blushed.
"You just want to give it everything." Lana added.
"It tricked me! So now this is all I have left of my precious croquette sandwich..." Ash held out a piece of a sandwich.
"D-Don't tell me Litten..." Lillie said.
"Yeah, it did..." Ash sighed. Gino laughed at Ash.
"It's always by itself." Lana remembered.
"Litten don't like having to deal with others. They don't even really become attached to their trainers. That's why they're called the hard headed Pokemon." Sophocles explained.
"It's hard for it to become attached?" Ash asked.
"I just explained that, zzt!" Rotom said.
"I guess you could call it a lone-wolf Pokemon. It shows up at our cafeteria a lot though." Mallow said.
"I see it in the Marketplace too. It takes all the fruit that it wants." Kiawe added.
"Yeah, The Pokemart! I went there once and the little guy was sitting next to me while the old lady was telling a story." Gino agreed.
"But it's so cute! You just can't hate it!" Mallow smiled.
"So Ash, what are you going to do about that Litten?" Kiawe asked.
"I'm gonna get it back! It'll be sorry it ate my food!" Ash declared.
"How are you going to get it back?" Lillie asked.
"Uh, um... How will I do it?" Ash thought for a bit and had an idea. "I'll catch it!"
"What?!" Every shouted.
Later that day~~~
"All that's left is cleaner." The Professor said.
"Cleaner?" Ash asked.
"I need to get a refill for the bathroom, kitchen, and window cleaner." The professor was reading off a list of supplies. Ash spotted Litten pass by.
"Litten detected! Hey, wait up!" Ash ran for the Pokemon.
"What's up, Ash?" Kukui asked.
"I'll explain." Rotom said.
"Huh? Where'd it go?" Ash mumbled.
"Oh, hello there!" An old lady said.
"Ah! Ash, what're doing here?" Gino jumped back.
"Um... We're looking for a Litten... There it is!" Ash looked between some boxes and saw the Litten. They both growled at each other.
"No need to be so angry." The old lady gave Litten some fruits.
"You're giving it that?" Ash complained.
"Ash, the graces of nature is something that should be shared." Gino recited, clasping his hands together.
"Take your time eating it." She said. Professor Kukui walked up to Ash and Gino.
"Ah, Professor Kukui! You scared me as well..." Gino whined.
"So that's where you've been, Gino. Does that Litten come here a lot?" He asked.
