The sun is shining again today. The students at the Pokémon School are on the grounds having P.E.
Professor Kukui: Mallow!
Mallow: Yes!
Mallow runs towards the spring and jumps over some vault boxes.
Professor Kukui: Alright!
Rotom: 100 points, zzt!
Lana: Mallow, you're so cool!
Lillie: I knew you could do it.
Professor Kukui: That was a fine example!
Tsareena ran to Mallow to give her a high-five.
Mallow: Thank you, Tsareena!
Professor Kukui: Next up, it's Lillie's turn!
Lillie: Yes! I have prepared for this. If I build up momentum with a running start before leaping onto the springboard, I'm sure to succeed! Here I go!
Mallow: You can do it, Lillie!
Lillie ran to the springboard and jumped but landed on top of the boxes.
Lillie: I failed...
Professor Kukui: Try harder next time. Now it's Sophocles's turn!
Sophocles: I'm no good at springboarding...
Ash: You can do it if you try!
Sophocles slowly walks towards the springboard, but it was then that Togedemaru helped him out a little but by hitting his back with its spikes and without noticing, he jumps over the jump boxes and lands on the other side.
Sophocles: Huh? I got over?
Professor Kukui: You did it!
Gino: Congratulations!
Kiawe: That was ultra!
Sophocles: W-Well... Yeah... Thanks, Togedemaru!
Professor Kukui: Now it's Ash's turn!
Ash: Yeah! Alright... Rotom, add two more steps!
Rotom: Eight steps, zzt!
Gino: I don't think that...
Ash: This is my full power!
The Pokémon cheers Ash on as he runs to the springboard. All of a sudden his feet was at the wrong place as he steps on the edge of the board, making him trip and his face hit the boxes.
Pikachu: Pika?
Poipole: Poi?
Sophocles: Are you alright?
Ash: Yeah, I'm fine...
Professor Kukui: Try to focus more on where you're stepping next time.
Gino: Now it's Kiawe's turn!
Kiawe: I'll aim even higher than eight steps!
Rotom: Ten steps, zzt!
Lillie: It's amazingly tall.
Ash: You can do it, Kiawe!
Kiawe: I will surpass the mountain of Akala!
Kiawe starts to run and eventually steps on the springboard as he jumps up and over the ten steps no problem and lands on the other side perfectly.
Ash: Awesome!
Kiawe: How's that?! This is my Wela spirit!
As Kiawe was boasting about himself, Kukui blew the whistle and Lana jumped over the boxes.
