Detective Rotom's On The Case!

What's this? Ash and the crew are all watching TV together! This is a popular TV drama in the Alola Region called "Alola Detective Laki."

"By my reasoning, the culprit is that guy. I'm sure of it!" Rotom pointed to a officer. Rotom was wearing a wig that was the same as the main character of the show.

"I'm not so sure of that. I think it's Makani's wife." Kukui doubted.

"I see. That's a bold deduction." Rotom said.

"You've really gotten into Laki too, huh, Rotom?" Kukui teased.

"How couldn't I? It's so interesting, zzt!" Rotom expressed.

"What with the hair, Rotom?" Gino asked.

"That is an excellent question. This is from the Laki Dressup Set, zzt. The professor bought it for me, zzt. It also came with seven detective gadgets, so it was a real bargain, zzt!" 

They watched more and the culprit was the doctor.

"He's the best!" They both yelled.

"What logical reasoning and a bold culprit reveal! Alola Detective Laki is so awesome, zzt! Don't you think, Ash..." Rotom turned around and Ash and Gino were fast asleep. "They're asleep, zzt!"

"Not surprising there. Hey, wake up, Gino! You too, Ash! You'll catch a cold if you snooze like that." Kukui shook them and they woke up. They both got ready to sleep.

"Ash, did you hear who the culprit was, zzt? If you want to know, I can explain it to you, zzt!" Rotom asked.

"I'm sleepy! Just tell me tomorrow! And why are you still wearing that wig?" Ash mumbled.

Rotom took off the wig and headed to Ash again. "So, Ash, the culprit was... He's asleep, zzt!" Rotom jumped.

"Can you be any louder, Rotom?" Gino yawned.

Next day, at school....

"It's not here! It's not here! It's not here! Where is it?! Where did it go?! It's not anywhere!" Ash looked around for something but couldn't find it anywhere.

"Did you check between the books?" Gino asked.

"I did! It's not there, or here!" Ash cried.

"What's not here, Ash?" Lana, Lillie, Sophocles, and Mallow walked into the classroom. 

"You can borrow something, if you need to." Mallow suggested.

"I can't find my Electrium Z! I have my Normalium Z though." Ash showed them the Z-Crystal.

"By Electrium Z, you mean the Z-Crystal you got..." Lillie said.

"after passing Hala's Grand Trial?" Lana finished.

"That was the precious Crystal I got from Tapu Koko too!" Ash freaked out.

"This is bad!" The girls said.

"This'll make Tapu Koko angry!" Ash mourned.

"I'm sure Kiawe will be angry too. If he knew that you lost such an important crystal..." Sophocles said. Ash imagined what would happen and ducked in shame.

"Ash's life is over." Gino joked.

"Yup." Everyone else nodded.

"Leave this to me, zzt!" Rotom said.

"Rotom!" Ash turned around. Rotom was wearing the Laki Dressup from before.

"Alola Detective Rotom will solve the mystery of the missing Crystal, zzt!" Rotom empathized. Pikachu tried to touch his hair. "St-Stop it, Pikachu, zzt!"
