Today we start off at the ferry port on Melemele Island. Where are Ash and his friends headed?
Sophocles: Hey, look! That's the ship that goes straight to the Pokémon Paradise Resort.
Lana: I'm so excited! Aren't you, Dragonair?
Sophocles: Yeah! I'm excited too!
Mallow: It's pretty hard to get a reservation there.
Gino took a quick look at the boat and turned away.
Ash: What's up, Gino?
Gino: I'm staying here!
Sophocles: What! But you're missing out on what might be a one-in-a-lifetime chance right now.
Kiawe: Plus we all deserve a break from catching the Ultra Beasts. Miss Lusamine was nice enough to buy us reservations to the paradise.
Gino: If it includes water, then I'm not going. Sorry, to break it to you. Plus, I don't want to ruin you guys' fun with my trauma. Don't worry about me!
Ash: Are you sure? It's not too late to join us.
Gino: I've made up my mind! Anyways, I gotta make a confession to someone, so I'll be seeing ya soon.

Everyone gets onboard the ship as it soon departed and was headed to the resort. While Sophocles explained what it was about, Gino headed back to the Professor's house. He opened the door but no one was there except for...
Gino: Kukui? Burnet? Anyone here?
Carmen: I am!
Gino: GAH! Carmen? Where have you've been?! I haven't seen you in like... forever!
Carmen: The Professors are currently doing work and asked for me to watch over the house. But, I don't know why they trusted a 7 year old with the house.
Gino: I'm sure it's fine! Now I gotta work on a perfect present for my lover.
Carmen: Lover? How long was I gone for?!
Gino chuckled as he put down his bag and went to the fridge for a snack. He took out all of his Pokémon so they can roam around. Carmen was quite curious about Ralts as she picked it up but it fell since she was a ghost.
Gino: We don't have any food!
Carmen: Huh?
She looked in the fridge and everything was gone.
Gino: (Sigh) Kukui knows that he should refill the fridge. Time to go to the store again.
Carmen: Yay! I love the store!
Gino: Alright, everyone, let's go!
They go to the mall and look around.
Gino: I heard they built a new grocery store somewhere around here.
With that said, Gino and Carmen look around with their exploration of the mall. They were walking along looking at the various of stores. Just then, Cofagrigus stopped to look at some screens on TV.
Cofagrigus: Rigus.
Carmen: Cofagrigus, we got to-- It's my favorite show!
Gino: Huh? Isn't that a kids show?
