Beyoncé's POV
The sun shone brightly through the curtains as my alarm went off. I pulled my arm out from Jasmine's grip and pressed stop. Jasmine started stirring as she tightly gripped my body, and I looked down at her.

"How're you feeling?" I asked as she woke up.

"Tired." She mumbled

"You wanna go in? I can ask my mom if she's free to have you?"

"I'll be fine. I need to take my mind off it." She said.

"Okay, come on up you get." I said, and she unravelled her arms from me. "I'm gonna start Blue's breakfast, you get ready for school."

"Can I come?" She asked, playing with her fingers. Last night really shook her up. It shook me up to be fair.

"Yeah sure." I smiled sympathetically as I walked out the room and she followed, two steps behind me. "You want anything to eat?"

"No thank you, I'll just get a water." She replied stopping at the fridge and grabbing a water bottle before hurrying over to me.

"Jas..." I sighed, seeing how she panicked when she realised I wasn't near her.

"Am I being annoying?"

"No, no..." I lied slightly. She wasn't being annoying as such, more just a bit irritating, I don't know. "Are you okay?"

"Last night just scared me a bit."

"A bit?"

"Okay a lot..." she admitted. "Was he in there?"

"Shawn said he checked your room and the house, and everything was fine."

"But was he there?"

"I don't think so?" I said sighing. "I think you were just dreaming."

"Okay." She said, nodding slightly.

"You'll be okay. School will take your mind off it." I said pouring Blue's milk in her cereal.

"I hope so." She replied. "I'm gonna go get ready then." She said taking a breath, hesitantly starting to walk out the kitchen.

"Come on, I need to get Blue anyway." I said, sighing slightly, taking her hand and leading her upstairs. I tried to separate her hand as we reached the top of the stairs and I was about to go in the opposite direction, but she held a very tight grip. She sort of froze looking at her bedroom door. "Jas, you're safe here you know. He's not gonna come for you. Nobody is. I promise."

"But what if-"

"No stop okay. He's gone baby, they're all gone." I reassured her, and partly myself. She released my hand and took a deep breath, before nodding and walking in the direction of her room. I watched from the top of the stairs, before going over to Blue's room.

"Blue, baby, breakfast is on the table. Hurry up or it'll go soggy."

"Okay." She said.

"I'll be down when I'm dressed." I told her and she nodded running past me as I softly laughed and made my way to mine and Shawn's room.

"Morning." Shawn said, as he did his tie.

"Hey, nice suit." I said as he pecked my lips.

"Thanks, my wife bought it." He said. "Are you showing yet?"

"I think a little bit? But I'm not even three months yet." I said showing him my tiny bump.

"Beautiful." He said kissing my stomach making me laugh. "How's Jasmine?"
