Jasmine's POV
Here I lay in a hospital bed, through no fault of my own. I tried to move, but I'll admit it was difficult with a cracked rib and a bruise bigger than my head on my right side."Jas, the police are here." Bey said coming in the hospital room. Friday was an event....
Friday
What was that? The first night I slept through by myself? Never lmao. I woke up cuddled into Bey as per, gripped onto her pyjamas. Monday really shook me up and these sleeping tablets Michelle got we're doing no good. I often caught myself falling asleep in the day, mostly at home but occasionally in school and whoever was teaching would have to wake me up. I did everything possible to avoid sleeping at night, in my room, and especially on my own."Hey, you sleep okay?" Bey asked, stretching as she woke up herself.
"I don't think I slept at all." I said, yawning.
"Well, imma say now, you're not going into school. You're gonna go to my moms and do your schoolwork there. I've already spoke to Shawn."
"Why?" I asked, school was the only place that took my mind off Cole.
"The amount of times your teachers have came to me saying you fell asleep in their class is getting very high." She explained. "We'll try sort it out over the weekend."
"Fine..." I said, what's the weekend gonna do? If I ain't sleeping now, I ain't sleeping over the weekend.
"Go on, go get dressed, I'll be with you in a minute." She told me as I got out of bed and made my way to the bathroom while she went to her room or Blue's. I found I couldn't really be alone for more than 10 minutes without thinking Cole would be behind me.
"I don't like that." I heard a small voice behind me say as I sat on the bed.
"What?" I questioned, semi laughing, seeing Blue stood at the doorway.
"Your outfit. You look strange."
"My feels." I said putting my hand on my heart.
"I'm just saying, you're meant to be stylish, that's what I told my friends and now I look like a liar."
"You weren't saying this when I wore it to the airport. I think I look cool." I said, looking in the floor length mirror, dressed in grey joggers and a black sweatshirt with some slides on.
"Put this on instead." She said throwing me a t shirt from my draw.
"Blue it's cold out." I said chuckling.
"You don't hear the models complaining when it's cold." She said and I raised my eyebrows,
"You are something else." I chuckled, putting the t shirt on. "Better?"
"I am satisfied." She said, turning on her heels and bumping straight into Beyoncé who almost knocked her over.
"Watch where you're going Blue." She said, helping her to her feet.
"You bumped into me." She said shocked. "Will you feed me now?"
"In a minute."
"But you're meant to be my snack lady." Blue said, making me laugh silently.
"Listen Blue, I don't know where you got this attitude from but please get rid of it." Bey said bending to her level.
"Whatever." She whispered, turning to face me and rolled her eyes. She was like a teenager in a 6 year olds body.
"Why don't I make your breakfast?" I offered before Bey could shout at her.
"Okay! Mommy you have been replaced. Jasmine is my new snack lady." Blue said grabbing my hand and leading me downstairs.
