Jughead

Luckily dad and jelly where okay with it if Betty stayed over. FP- but one of you is gonna have to sleep on the couch because we don't have a guest room . She smiled B- that's fine. J- no Betty I'll sleep on the couch, you can have my room B- no really jug it's fine the couch is good for me J- no betts I insist you use my room, you need to give your leg rest. B- okay, if you want me to. We sat down on the couch. J- do you want to watch a movie? B- sure J- which one? B- you can decide J- okay, how about horror? Je- yea horror! FP- no jelly you have to go to bed on time remember J- oh dad come on just one
time! She'll be fine! Jelly sat down next to Betty Je- please dad? FP- is that okay with Betty? She looked surprised that he asked for her opinion B- ofcourse that's fine for me. She said and put an arm around jelly. FP- will horror be okay for you jelly? Je- yea, I'm not scared. J- or we can watch a comedy movie if horror is too scary? Je- no, no horror isn't scary at al. I put on a horror movie, I could see Betty was scared but she didn't want to show me. After a while she snuggled up to me J- are you scared? B- no, not at al. She said with a nervous voice, I smiled. She's cute when she's trying to act brave. After the movie Betty and I walked up to my bedroom, she looked at my bed. I have a double bed. B-we can both sleep here, I'll use the left side and you can use the right, then you won't have to sleep on the couch. J- are you sure Betty? B- yea, just stay on your side of the bed.
She said smiling J-okay, do you want to go to sleep already? B- yea, I'm exhausted. It was only 9 o'clock but I was tired too. J-okay, imma take a quick shower, I'll see you in a minute. B- okay. She said and laid down, still wearing my clothes. I took a shower and went to say goodnight to jelly J- goodnight jelly Je- goodnight jug. I gave her a hug and went to my bedroom, Betty was asleep already. I laid down next to her and she immediately snuggled up to me and laid her head on my chest, I cuddled her. Then I saw a bruise on her arm, again. I knew something was wrong, but I didn't know how to ask her. For now I'll let her sleep and we'll see tomorrow.

Betty

I woke up in jugs arms, he was still asleep and I didn't want to wake him because I'm his arms I
felt kinda safe. Then I realized something, what If my dad wanted to talk to me and came into my room, I wasn't there... he would be so mad. Then I saw the bruise on my arm.If I noticed it he probably did too... B-shit.. I whispered J- hmm.. what? He asked B- oh I didn't know you where awake. J- I wasn't until you started talking. B-oh. I covered the bruise with my hand J- Betty you don't have to hide it, I already saw it how did you get that? B- it's from when I fell down the stairs. I said quickly, he didn't believe me. I was trying not to cry but I couldn't help it, a tear rolled down my face. J- Betty it's okay, you don't have to tell me. He hugged me tightly. He's so amazing J- Betty? He whispered B-yea?

J- is your leg doing ok? B- yea it's fine J- can you stand on it? I didn't want to leave the hug but I
had to. It hurt but it was ok. J- are you okay? B-yea it just hurts a little but it's fine.

Then I realized I had PE class today B- shit.. I have PE today, I can't run. J- it's fine, I'm in your PE class I'll explain what happened. B- but I don't have a doctors note or a note from my parents! J-Betty if I explain what happened they'll believe me I promise. B-okay. J- and we can ask my dad to take us to school with the car. B-but my books are at home, and I didn't unlock the door. I'll climb through the window. J- are you sure betts? B- yeah I'll be fine. We ate breakfast and drove to my house, I climbed through the window and grabbed my bag, I was still wearing jugs clothes so I changed into my
own clothes so you couldn't see the bandage. I went downstairs and saw my dad, he looked angry. B- hi dad, I'm going to school H- leave Betty! B- yes dad, bye. I walked out and stepped in the car and we drove to school.
