Part 45

10 weeks later

Jughead

Betty has her first ultrasound today, we're both really excited because maybe we can see the gender today. Betty already has a cute little baby bump and it makes her even cuter. Usually you here that people get mad easily when they're pregnant but for Betty it's the opposite, she gets extra cuddly and clingy. She is really tired often, and she works a lot. Because of that we haven't really worked  on the baby room, Betty has earned some money and she wanted to spend all of it on stuff for our little baby, I also got the money I saved up and together we had about 2000 dollar, which should be enough for the baby room and some other stuff we would need.

Betty came up to me and said B- are you ready? J- yes I can't wait to see our baby B- me neither juggie.

We got in the car and drove there. My dad drove us but he didn't go inside with us FP- I'll wait here, this is your family moment. We got in and barely had to wait untill D(doctor)- Betty cooper? B- yes that's me. We followed her into a little room and Betty had to pull up her shirt a bit. I looked at her cute little baby bump. The doctor put some gel on it and we looked at the screen D- that's your baby. A few tears escaped my eye B- juggie are you crying? J- yes. I grabbed her hand J- because I'm so happy, and I'm lucky to have you. D- do you want to know the gender? B- yes! J-yea! We said at the same time. D- okay, let me look... it's a girl! J- I knew it! B- well I knew it too!

We got outside again and saw my dad waiting for us. J- hey dad FP- hey guys, how's the baby? B- she's good FP- she? J- yes, it's a girl. He smiled

B-juggieeee? J- yes babe? B- can we shop for baby stuff now? Betty has been asking about it for weeks but I kept saying that we needed to know the gender first J- yes, definitely! B- yaaaaay! J- dad can you drop us off at the stores? FP- ofcourse, ill pick you up later just give me a call. J- thanks dad.

We got into the first store where they sold stuff for a baby room, wel walked around and after a while we found the showrooms. Betty found one B- juggie come look! Isn't this perfect? J- wow... it definitely is... be bought a little bed, a small wardrobe. And some other stuff. We called my dad and he came to pick it up, after that Betty and I went to a different store where they sold baby clothes. We walked in and Betty immediately started to run around and grab

cute clothes. I let her do her thing because I knew how happy this made her and I love to see her happy. We ended up getting some clothes and we walked back home.

FP- hey guys B- FP look, I got the cutest clothes ever for our little girl J- you're so cute when you're excited. She smiled and laid her head on my shoulder. B- you're always cute. I blushed and hugged her. We got back to our room and Betty said B- now we can finally paint the walls in the baby room. J- do you want them to be pink? B- I'm not sure yet, what do you think? J- maybe light pink? B- yea that would be cute.

One week later (cuz I don't have inspiration)

Betty has been working fulltime and I've been

going to school. Every afternoon we've been working on the baby room. Betty has been really tired lately because of her pregnancy, whenever she's tired she gets really cuddly it's really cute but sometimes a little annoying. Today Betty and I were both home so we decided to work on the baby room, we were pretty far already and it was looking really beautiful.

Betty loved spending time in there just sitting on the rug thinking about our little baby, whenever she did I usually went in and brought her some food or a drink.

B-juggie, I think the room is done J- yea, do you like it? B- yea I love it! She kissed my lips B- I couldn't be happier babe J- I love you so much B- I love you too. After that we had dinner and cuddled in bed.

Betty still got morning sickness but now I knew how to handle it better. Every single day I start to love my two little babies more, even though  I haven't met our little girl yet. Today was a special day too because in exactly a week it was bettys birthday and I want to do something special for her. I decided to invite my grandparents over and take them, my dad, my sister and Betty over to a restaurant, I talked about it with my dad and he offered to pay for it. Cheryl and Betty are becoming friends and they are pretty close already, so I decided to call Cheryl and ask her for help. I let Betty alone in the baby room, she was sitting on the fluffy carpet again, now she still could. Soon her belly will be to big to sit down. I went to the living room, my dad was sitting in the couch.

FP- hey jug J- hey dad, I'm going to call Cheryl FP- okay, is Betty in the baby room? J- yea, I think she really loves it. FP- yea she definitely does.

We talked for a bit and then I called Cheryl.

On call

C-jughead? Is everything okay? She sounded worried

J-yea, everything is  okay. I just need your help with something

C-what's it?

J- I want to buy something special for Betty to give on her birthday...

C-wait, are we talking about a certain peace of jewelry?

J-yea...

C-omg! Ofcourse I'll help! I'll see you in the mall at five okay?

J-yes, I'll be there.

Off call

J- dad, I'm meeting Cheryl at the mall. I'll be back in a few hours. FP- okay, have fun J- thanks dad.

I walk out and went to the mall, I saw Cheryl sitting on a little bench. As soon as she noticed me she came up to me. C- I'm so excited! J- me too, but you really have to help me I don't know a thing about jewelry C- oh believe me, I do. J- okay. We looked around for a bit and after about an hour I found what I needed.
