D-I have good news for you, she's a perfectly healthy little girl. Do you want to hold her? J-yes please! My dad nodded at me and I followed the doctor to see a little baby laying there. J-is that our daughter? D-yes she is. I picked her up and held her close to my chest. D-she weighs 2 kg, which is not much but she has a great chance to survive. J-okay. I looked at the little baby I was holding, she was so pretty. Then she opened her eyes. I was shocked, she had the most beautiful eyes. Her left eye was bright green and her right eye was a little blueish green. Betty's eyes were blueish and mine were green so she had both of our eyes, Betty would've been so proud...

The whole time I held her close to me, I was thinking about what I should name her. Betty and I had both made a list of names we liked the best, Betty was really good at coming up with names, I wasn't.

My dad came in and looked at his granddaughter.

FP-wow she's beautiful, she looks just like Betty J-look at her eyes FP-wow... she's beautiful jug. Can I hold her? J-yea ofcourse. I gave her to my dad and I called an Uber so I could get home to get stuff for the baby and for Betty.

I got home and went inside, I grabbed the babyclothes Betty had picked, some clothes for Betty and Betty's list of names. Then I ran outside where my Uber was stil waiting for me

U-you seem like you're in a rush J-uhm yea, my fiancé just gave birth but she's not doing well U-your fiancé or the baby? J-both but my babygirl will be fine, I'm just hoping my fiancé will survive. U-oh, I'm sorry for asking J-it's ok, just please hurry U-okay.

We drove to the hospital. As soon as we arrived I ran inside back to my dad, he was still holding our little girl. He handed her to me and I kissed her all over her head

J-any news on Betty? FP- no, only that she's stable for now but we're still not sure if she'll make it J- ohw... FP-jug, you have to name the baby. J-yea I know, I brought Betty's list of names that she liked FP-she made a list? J-yea she was really excited. FP-what names are on there?

FP-those are nice, which ones do you like best? J-I like Elliana and Addelaine, but I want to wait for what Betty wants FP-I think she'll like those, they are on her list. J-yea I think she liked Addelaine best, and I do too. But I still want to wait.

A doctor came out and walked up to me

D-hello mister jones, if you want to you can see Betty now. She's not awake yet, a doctor there will inform you about her condition J-okay, can our baby come with me? D-ofcourse.

I walked in to Betty's room and saw her laying there, she didn't look like herself. She looked like how she looked when I found her after her dad pushed her of the stairs. I carfully kissed her forehead. The doctor came up to me

D- hello jughead, right now betty is in a coma. Basically machines are keeping her alive. After what happened she has about one to one and a half months, if she doesn't wake up herself by then we can't help her. J-shit... my poor little baby. Can I ask how you knew to call me? D- she had a note in her pocket with your number on it and a little heart. J-wow I didn't know... D-it also said 'choose the baby over me' J-really she wrote that? D-yes, so that's what we did. J-what do you mean? D- we could've done what was best for her but then the baby wouldn't have made it J-oh... if that's what she wanted...
