Betraying The Legend

Chapter one: Back To The Past

Ash Ketchum, a 16 years old boy in an adventure to become the best Pokemon trainer in the world, with his best friend and partner Pikachu they traveled through 8 different regions in order to achieve their dream. 

We join Ash ans Pikachu after they return from the Galar region. Even though Ash and Pikachu tried their best they couldn't defeat Leon the current world champion, it almost looked like victory back then but Pikachu was ultimately defeated by Leon's ace his long time partner Charizard. G-max Hell Fire was to much for the electric mouse and he fainted seconds before Leon's Charizard fell for his G-max Volt Crash. 

Even though the two friends failed time and time again they knew the can do it, the can become the best in the world and no matter what they wouldn't give up until the end.

"Never Give Up Until The End"

A beautiful sentence don't you think so? well at least that's want a young kalosien girl think. Meet Serena Yvonne, a 15 year old girl on a journey to become the best Pokemon performer in the Kalos region, but why does she want to be the best? well when Serena was younger she traveled through the Kalos region with her three friends: Clemont, Bonnie and Ash. together they helped Ash beat the Kalos gym challenge and enter the Kalos league 

On the start of the journey Serena didn't have a goal or a dream all she wanted to do was to meet her childhood friend again. What? you don't know how he is well know matter Serena knows and she is willing to share and tell about her meeting with him and the start of their love story.

"Mommy!!" cried the 8 years old Serena. she was just with her group exploring the Kantonian forest but she got lost and didn't know where to go. you see, Serena came to the Kanto region for Prof oak's summer camp but she didn't really want to go, Serena was very scared of Pokemon at the time so coming to a summer camp all about them was her worst nightmare. Never the last Serena's mom made her go t the summer camp to meet new friends as she was very shy.

As Serena got separated from her group she heard a Pokemon cry in the distance and panicked, Serena ran and ran and wouldn't stop but when you don't pay enough attention to your path it can make you fall. That's exactly what happened  to Serena, as she was running from the Pokemon she slipped and hurt her knee badly

Serena crawled to a tree and started crying thinking about how she didn't want to come to this stupid summer camp in the first place and again began to cry for her mother. Suddenly a bush near her started to rustle and move. At this point Serena broke down crying thinking it was a big Pokemon that will try to hurt her.

*Rustle* *Rustle*

"Pol!!"

Serena's cry stopped as she learned the identity of the Pokemon chasing her and started to giggle at herself for thinking it was a big and scary Pokemon but...

*Rustle* *Rustle*

Serena's giggle stopped just like her crying and she began to worry again 'oh no what if this time it is a scary Pokemon?' she closed her eyes in fear waiting for the creature to pop out and attack her. 

*Rustle* *Rustle*

"Poliwag where are you?"

Serena shot her head up when she heard the human voice and to er surprise saw one of the boys from her group, he had raven black hair with a toothy grin and Z shaped birth marks under his  cheeks "hey who are you?" he asked but Serena was in such shock she couldn't answer but her by continued "my name is ash have you seen a Poliwag around here?" he asked Serena just just pointed to where Poliwag ran off to again with out talking. the boy became excited again and wanted to go after the little Pokemon but then his eyes fell on the girl's hurt knee.

"Are you ok?" the boy asked "no " the little girl replied  "I hurt my knee" "don't worry I have just the thing" Ash then proceed to pull out a little blue handkerchief "this should help" the boy said and wrap the handkerchief around the girl's knee. Serena tried but to no use "I still can't get up" she sobbed "Don't give up until it's over 'k?" he said with his toothy grin. At that moment Serena started to admire the boy's confidante and optimism and tried to get up once again but still to no use "here" the boy said "I'll help you up!" Ash extended his hand to the fallen girl to help her up. When Serena grabbed his hand she felt his warmth and his happy nature.

She got up using his and but he pulled her up to hard and she fell back again this time on him and ended up awkwardly hugging the boy ash helped her up again and when she was standing on her own he smiled at her and said "See! you got up!" "t.. thank you" she smiled back at him thanking him for the help. the boy started leading her in a direction "where are we going?'" the little girl asked "oh, I'm helping you get back to the camp" but Serena was still confused "But what about Poliwag?" she asked "he can wait i know I will see one again in me journey as a Pokemon trainer trainer in the future so no worries" he replied with a grin. Serena to smiled at him and together the went back to the camp
