A week after Mew's lesson Our heroes wake up into a wonderful cloudy and nice day, a perfect day for a Pokemon battle
"ok Serena today we finally start actually battling!" said Ash. in the week that past Serena has been learning and training nonstop, constantly pushing herself to the limit. She mastered her aura vision and learned to talk to her to her Pokemon as well as healing them after battle and she developed a sixth sense that allowed her body to move on it's own (basically ultra instinct omen from dragon ball lmao)
"I'm ready!" said Serena with a determined voice "very good, well because Mew already taught you the basics it's should be easy for you to start" Ash smiled at his girlfriend "but remember Serena theoretical battling is not everything you need to form a real connection with you Pokemon and have the determination to win" Serena nodded
"all right then let's begin. Serena who are you going to battle with" Ash asked. Serena thought for a moment "I think I'll fight with Sylveon" Ash nodded "good choice, you and Sylveon have a good bond plus she has potential"
Mew flew to Ash side of the field "big bro I want to battle" Ash looked concern at Mew "are you sure, I don't want you to get hurt" Mew got slightly irritated "Big bro you don't need to protect me that much I'm strong ok? And I have been training hard since you and Serena started to date. I remember the day that you were all distanced, I was training with Lucario that day and believe me I was perfectly fine after that" Ash look at his little sister scared "ok, ok you can fight but be careful and listen to me" Mew jumped in excitement "Thank you big bro I'll do my best"
"Serena are you ready to start the battle?" Ash asked and Serena nodded and released sylveon "let's get started!"
Battle Starts (put battle music)
"Ok Sylveon let's start with Fairy Wind!" Serena ordered her fairy type "sylve... ONN" Sylveon started to spin her ribbons really fast creating a pink gust of wind in front of her.
As the pink tornado approached Mew, Ash smirked "counter it with your own Fairy Wind!" He ordered his little sister "I got this big bro!" She replied and started to spin really fast creating her own pink tornado, which was heading straight towards Sylvon's one
The two moves collided in the middle of the field flattening the grass in the area. In the end no one emerged victorious as the pink tornado exploded hurting Mew and Sylveon in the process
"That was really good Serena, I've never see someone withstand my fairy wind" said Mew with pride of her student. Serena laughed "and it's all thanks to my great teacher" Mew blushed but quickly recovered "Thank you for the compliment but this battle isn't over yet" Mew looked at her brother "Let's show her our strength!"
Serena heard them and knew exactly what to do "Sylveon use Swift, quick!" She called but ash and Mew expected that from Serena this was always Her go to move in case fairy wind failed
"Mew Light Screen" Ash called "Right on" Mew then created a barrier full of light and although it didn't stopped the attack completely She took considerably less damage
"Ok Mew time for a counter attack! use Metronome!" Mew nodded and started charging her attack, a purple bubble on her head then she took it in her hand and smashed it to the ground creating a huge poison wave across the field "Ahhh Take that! Sludge Wave!"
